Abstract

This circulating water treatment device for treating circulating water flowing to an appliance and a cooling unit connected by a circulation path comprises: a circulating water collecting portion for taking in the circulating water from the circulation path or the cooling unit; a pump for pumping the circulating water into a treatment flow path from the circulating water collecting portion; an ejector which is disposed in the treatment flow path to generate a gas-liquid mixed flow obtained by causing ozone gas supplied from an ozone generating device to dissolve in the circulating water; a bubble treatment portion which communicates with the ejector on the treatment flow path and which atomizes bubbles of ozone gas contained in the circulating water of the gas-liquid mixed flow; a pressurization treatment portion for storing and pressurizing, in a tank, the circulating water having the ozone gas dissolved therein, and returning the circulating water to the circulation path or the cooling unit when the inside of the tank has reached a set condition; and a control portion for controlling a flow rate of the circulating water in the treatment flow path and for controlling supply processing of the ozone gas. This makes it possible for circulating water used in cooling treatment, and a device for circulating the circulating water, to be cleaned. Further, a treatment device having a simple configuration and a reduced cost can be provided.
