Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of offshore wind power engineering, and in particular to a rock-socketed monopile construction method based on a double-casing pile stabilizing platform. The method comprises: hoisting a double-casing pile stabilizing platform to a preset place to enter seawater and settle on the seabed; inserting and piling the double-casing pile stabilizing platform, so that an intermediate casing and an outer casing of the double-casing pile stabilizing platform are both piled into a sludge layer; inserting an inner casing into the intermediate casing for piling until the inner casing abuts against a rock stratum; dumping filling an anti-scouring material into a dumping fill space of the double-casing pile stabilizing platform from a dumping fill port of a first platform of the double-casing pile stabilizing platform; drilling a pile hole; putting a monopile into the drilled pile hole to a designed height; and performing grouting reinforcement on the bottom and the outer side of the monopile. According to the present invention, a soil body can be reinforced to improve the safety of offshore wind power rock-socketed monopiles, and by means of the double-casing structure of the present invention, the water flow effect during scour protection construction is reduced, so that the problem of poor construction precision due to the effect of water flow during scour protection and dumping filling operations is solved.
