Abstract

A gymnastic ring and a training system which can be used in a variety of body weight exercises for fitness and strength training in addition to ring gymnastics. The gymnastic ring includes a torus shaped ring body and a belt holder for mounting a belt. The belt holder can be fitted within the ring body in a form-fitting manner. As a widely applicable training device, the gymnastic ring is suitable for carrying out pushing and pulling exercises as well as many other exercises.
