Abstract

The present invention relates to an industrial treatment process for spent filtration earth in the plant fat and biofuel sector in order to recover fats, earths and other valuable components. The process of the invention enables the recovery of fats without using hydrocarbons as solvents, as well as components in lower proportions that are found in earths. The process further enables the subsequent use of the earths.
