Abstract

Procedure, installation and batch reactor (1) for the extraction of oil (13) from spent earth (5) and the reactivation of said earth through the use of water in subcritical conditions, wherein said reactor (1), in operation, is fed with water (4) and spent earth (5) and comprises a tank (6) internally comprising an agitator (2) configured to bring into intimate contact, and mix the water (4) and the spent earth (5), and a coil (7) fed with a heat transfer fluid at a temperature between 300 and 350°C, being configured to operate at temperatures between 260° and 300°C and at a pressure between 50 and 80 bar, and with a ratio between water inflow (4) and spent earth (5) of substantially 1:3 (1 part of spent earth and three of water), with reactivated earth (14) and a flow of water with oil (15) being extracted.
