Abstract
A method for manufacturing a packaging with an intraocular lens enclosed therein includes
insertion of the intraocular lens into a packaging, comprising a first packaging material which is gas-tight in a first sub-section, and a second packaging material which is permeable to gases in a second sub-section,
first sealing of the packaging so that the intraocular lens is enclosed in the interior space of the packaging, the interior space being partially delimited by the first sub-section and the second sub-section,
sterilization of the interior space of the packaging by exposing the packaging to a gas so that the gas can penetrate through the second sub-section into the interior space of the packaging,
second sealing of the packaging by sealing off a volume of the gas-tight first sub-section of the packaging with the intraocular lens enclosed therein from the volume of the second sub-section.

Abstract
An injector for ejecting an intraocular lens for injecting the latter into an eye or for implanting a corneal endothelial tissue, including an elongate injector body which has a piston rod passage and in which an injector piston rod having a screw thread is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner. The injector is provided with two operating modes for the displacement of the injector piston rod and is able to be switched between the modes. The first operating mode defines an ejection operation and the second operating mode defines a screwing operation. The injector body has at least one retractable and deployable wing grip, wherein the operating mode is set to ejection operation by the deployed position and the operating mode is set to screwing operation by the retracted position. The injector piston rod includes a stop element.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method for producing a packaging having an intraocular lens, which is enclosed therein sterilely and substantially gas-tight, in particular e.g. a loading chamber having the intraocular lens preloaded therein or an injector (15) having the intraocular lens preloaded therein, hereinafter also called lens pack or injector pack. According to the invention, the method comprises the following steps: inserting an intraocular lens (15) into an interior of a packaging, the packaging consisting, in a first subregion (17), of a first packaging material, which is substantially gas-tight, and, in a second subregion (19), of a second packaging material, which is permeable to gases, such as water vapor and possibly other gaseous sterilizing substances; carrying out a first sealing of the packaging such that the intraocular lens (15) is enclosed in the interior of the packaging, the interior being delimited partly by the first subregion (17) and partly by the second subregion (19); sterilizing the interior of the packaging sealed according to the first sealing by exposing, for sterilization, the packaging sealed after the first sealing to a gas or gas mixture, such as water vapor and/or other gaseous sterilizing substances, such that the gas or gas mixture, such as the water vapor and/or other gaseous sterilizing substances, can enter the interior of the packaging through the second subregion; carrying out a second sealing of the packaging by sealing off at least a portion of the volume of the gas-tight first subregion (17) of the packaging, with the intraocular lens (15) encased therein, from the volume of the second subregion (19), whereby the intraocular lens is completely packaged in the gas-tight first packaging material. The invention further relates to lens-pack products or injector-pack products resulting from the method, in particular to lens-pack or injector-pack semifinished products and lens-pack or injector-pack finished products produced and/or further processed in the method, and to a packaging that can be used for the method.

Abstract
An injector (11) is shown and described, in particular for example an injector for ejecting an intraocular lens for the purpose of injecting the latter into an eye or an injector for implanting a corneal endothelial tissue, comprising an elongate injector body (13) which has a piston rod passage (16) and in which an injector piston rod (15) having a screw thread (33) is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner, wherein the injector (11) is provided with two operating modes for the displacement of the injector piston rod (15) and is able to be switched between said modes, wherein the first operating mode defines an ejection operation and the second operating mode defines a screwing operation. According to the invention, provision is made that the injector body (13) has at least one retractable and deployable wing grip (27, 28), wherein the operating mode is set to ejection operation by the deployed position and the operating mode is set to screwing operation by the retracted position. According to the invention, provision can be made that the injector piston rod comprises a stop element. The stop element is preferably mounted displaceably on the piston rod. The stop element is particularly preferably configured as a soft stop.

Abstract
The invention relates to a device for receiving an intraocular lens, comprising a first and a second half-shell which are connected to each other in an articulated manner by a first joint and which can be moved relative to each other from an open position into a closed position. The half-shells form an open chamber in the open position and an enclosed chamber in the closed position. A covering element is pivotally arranged on the longitudinal side of the first of the two half-shells covering the open chamber in the open position and being positioned substantially outside of the enclosed chamber in the closed position. A movable or pivotal stopper can be provided which delimits the open chamber in the ejection direction of the lens in the open position and is positioned substantially outside of the enclosed chamber laterally to the ejection passage in the closed position.

Abstract
The invention relates to a device for receiving an intraocular lens (33), comprising a first and a second half-shell (13, 15) which are connected to each other in an articulated manner by a first joint (29) and which can be moved relative to each other from an open position into a closed position. The half-shells (13, 15) form an open chamber (46) in the open position and an enclosed chamber (39) in the closed position. According to the invention, a covering element (45) is pivotally arranged on the longitudinal side of the first of the two half-shells (13), said covering element covering the open chamber (46) in the open position and being positioned substantially outside of the enclosed chamber (39) in the closed position. According to the invention, a movable or pivotal stopper (59) can be provided which delimits the open chamber (46) in the ejection direction of the lens in the open position and is positioned substantially outside of the enclosed chamber (39) laterally to the ejection passage in the closed position. In a preferred embodiment, at least one stopper (59) is molded on the covering element (45). The invention further relates to a method for folding an intraocular lens (33) using said device.

Abstract
a). The cassette lid (23) seals the cassette body (13) hermetically from the environment. Coupling means, which allow the cassette body (13), which is closed by the lid, to be fastened to an injector (31), are provided on the cassette body (13). The cassette (11) can be inserted into the aperture (39) of an injector (31) in the closed state. For injecting the lens (12), which is received in the receiving space (19), the cassette (11) can be made to pivot into an injection position.

Abstract
A cassette (11) consists of a cassette body (13) with a space (19) for receiving an intraocular lens (IOL) (12) and a lid (23) for closing the cassette body. The cassette body (13) has openings (17a, 17b) on opposing side walls, wherein an injector piston (20) can penetrate through the opening (17b) and displace an IOL (12), which is received in the receiving space (19), out of the receiving space through the opening (17a).
