A prestressed pile and a reinforcing construction method for a prestressed pile used for a deep muddy-soil foundation pit. The prestressed pile comprises: a prestressed pile body (0), the prestressed pile body (0) comprising a circular pile wall (1) and a first cone (2) provided at the bottom end of the circular pile wall (1); and a grouting feeding pipe (3), the grouting feeding pipe (3) being arranged, in the axial direction of the prestressed pile body (0), in the circular pile wall (1), a grouting hole (4) being provided in the circular pile wall (1), and the grouting hole (4) being configured to communicate the grouting feeding pipe (3) with a mud layer surrounding the prestressed pile, such that slurry in the grouting feeding pipe (3) diffuses to the mud layer surrounding the prestressed pile body. The present invention solves the technical problems of failures and even collapses of foundation pit envelope structures due to that conventional prestressed piles are prone to pile position deviation in muddy soil layers in a fluid-plastic state.
A prefabricated-building sleeve grouting device and method. The device comprises a sleeve (1), a driver (21) and an oscilloscope (23). Cylinder openings at the two ends of the sleeve (1) are respectively used for allowing connection rebars (31) of two different prefabricated components (3) to pass through. A piezoelectric ceramic (22) is horizontally arranged at each of the cylinder openings at the upper end and the lower end of the sleeve (1), one piezoelectric ceramic (22) being electrically connected to the driver (21), and the other piezoelectric ceramic (22) being electrically connected to the oscilloscope (23). A feeding pipe (11) used for communicating with a grouting apparatus is provided at and communicates with the bottom end of the sleeve (1), and a discharging pipe (12) is provided at and communicates with the top of the sleeve (1).
A prefabricated energy pile, a construction method and a heat pump heat-exchange system, which relate to the technical field of pile foundation engineering. The energy pile comprises a pile body (1) and a heat exchange pipeline (2). The pile body (1) comprises a stainless steel pipe (11), a metal lining pipe (12) penetrating the stainless steel pipe (11), and a concrete pipe (13) arranged between the metal lining pipe (12) and the stainless steel pipe (11), wherein a heat conducting member (3) is arranged between the stainless steel pipe (11) and the metal lining pipe (12), and the heat conducting member (3) is simultaneously connected to the stainless steel pipe (11) and the metal lining pipe (12) in a contact manner. The heat exchange pipeline (2) comprises a first pipe section (21) and a second pipe section (22), in which a heat exchange medium sequentially circulates, wherein the first pipe section (21) is in communication with the second pipe section (22), the tops of the first pipe section (21) and the second pipe section (22) both extend upwards out of the energy pile, and the second pipe section (22) is connected to the metal lining pipe (12) in a contact manner. The metal lining pipe (12) and the stainless steel pipe (11) are arranged in a pipe pile so as to conduct underground heat, thereby improving the heat exchange efficiency of the energy pile.

Sleeve grouting device and method for prefabricated building
Disclosed are a sleeve grouting device and method for prefabricated building, relating to the technical field of engineering construction. The grouting device includes a sleeve, a driver and an oscilloscope, sleeve openings at two ends of the sleeve each are configured to be penetrated by connection rebars of each of two different prefabricated components, a piezoelectric ceramic is provided horizontally at each of the sleeve openings at two ends of the sleeve, a corresponding one of the piezoelectric ceramics is electrically connected to the driver and another corresponding one of the piezoelectric ceramics is electrically connected to the oscilloscope; a bottom end of the sleeve is connected to an inlet pipe to be communicated with a g grout injection equipment, and a top end of the sleeve is connected to an outlet pipe.
Disclosed are a prefabricated energy pile, a construction method and a heat pump heat exchange system. The energy pile includes a pile body and a heat exchange pipeline. The pile body includes a stainless steel pipe, a metal lining pipe extending within the stainless steel pipe and a concrete pipe between the metal lining pipe and the stainless steel pipe. A heat conductor between the stainless steel pipe and the metal lining pipe is in contact connection with the stainless steel pipe and the metal lining pipe. The heat exchange pipeline includes a first pipe section and a second pipe section in communication with each other, through which a heat exchange medium flows in turn. Tops of the first pipe section and the second pipe section protrude upward out of the energy pile. The second pipe section is in contact connection with the metal lining pipe.
