Abstract

The invention relates to a compact inertia device for strength training, formed by a pull body (1) and an actuation cord (2). The pull body (1) in turn comprises a main rotary shaft (4), a reel (8) mounted on the main shaft (4), an inertia element (6) solidly connected to one end of the main shaft (4) for storing kinetic energy resulting from the rotation of the main shaft (4), and a planetary gear (5) in turn comprising a central gear mounted on the main shaft (4), for increasing the speed of transmission from the main shaft (4), actuated by the reel (8), to the inertia element (6). In the preferred embodiment, the reel (8) is a conical reel including a segment of smaller diameter, to which one end of the cord (2) is solidly connected.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a nail holding device which allows a comfortable and easy nailing or hammering process, making it easier to access narrow places not accessible by the user's fingers, and assuring a safer and more accurate hit, with great precision and control for introducing the nail in an optimal position perpendicular to the nailing surface. Said holding device (1) comprises a rod (10) having an end (E) provided with a V-shaped profile (20) between the inner walls of which there is defined a channel (21) for housing a nail (C), and an auxiliary body (30) coupled to the end (E) of the rod (10) in a rear position with respect to the V-shaped profile (20), where said auxiliary body (30) in turn has a cavity (31) inside which there is located a magnetic body (32) to which the nail (C) is magnetically attracted.

Abstract

The element includes two openings (1, 10) and an external surface comprising multiple segments of reduced thickness constant in each of the radial sections thereof. The element is made from a flexible material and includes a first, rough portion (5) defined by parallel peripheral grooves (14).
