Abstract

An ink for printing, a preparation method for the ink, and a printer. The ink for printing comprises an inorganic pigment, a glass frit, a dispersing agent, a resin, and organic solvents; the organic solvents comprise at least two solvents, i.e., organic solvents A and B; under the conditions of 25°C and 1atm, the value of a relative evaporation rate is measured according to ASTM-D3539; the value of butyl acetate is 100, the value of the organic solvent A is 10-1,000, and the value of the organic solvent B is 0.1-9. The preparation method comprises respectively premixing the inorganic pigment and the glass frit with the organic solvents and the dispersing agent, adding the resin subsequent to dispersion, and uniformly mixing and filtering. The printer is sequentially provided with a pre-heating region, a heat preserving region, a printing region, a conveying platform penetrating through the three regions, and a printing module that is provided in the printing region and located above the conveying platform.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the issue of providing a production method for an organic pigment dispersion, an organic pigment dispersion, a production method for a color filter using said organic pigment dispersion, and a color filter, whereby a color filter having excellent thermal resistance, having good color properties, and capable of having reduced thickness can be produced. A pigment solution and a poor solvent are mixed, between processing surfaces 1, 2 that relatively rotate so as to be able to approach and separate from each other, and organic pigment particles are precipitated. The pigment solution has a pigment raw material, selected from at least either an organic pigment or a crude pigment thereof, dissolved in a solvent including a quaternary ammonium compound, said organic pigment including a specified diketo pyrrolo pyrrole compound pigment and said poor solvent having lower solubility for the pigment raw material than the solvent. The organic pigment particles are washed and then dispersed in the solvent and an organic pigment particle dispersion is obtained. A monomer and a photopolymerization initiator are mixed into same and a colored composition obtained. The colored composition is coated on to a substrate, photo-cured, and exposed and a coating film is obtained. This coating film is heated and a cured film is obtained.

Abstract

The present invention addresses the issue of providing: a diketo pyrrolo pyrrole-based pigment particles that have excellent thermal resistance and good color properties and are suitable for production of a color filter having a reduced thickness; a pigment dispersion including the pigment particles; a photosensitive colored composition; and a color filter. Provided are diketo pyrrolo pyrrole-based pigment particles containing a compound indicated by general formula (I) and having a crystallite size in the planar direction of no more than 140Å, said planar direction corresponding to the maximum peak in an X-ray diffraction pattern among 8 (±1 ±1 ±1) planes among crystal lattice planes calculated using an X-ray diffraction pattern. Also provided are a pigment dispersion including said pigment particles, a photosensitive colored composition, and a color filter. [In the general formula (I), X1 and X2 each independently indicate a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, a bromine atom, an iodine atom, a cyano group, -CF3, an optionally substituted saturated or unsaturated alkyl group, or an optionally substituted aryl group.]
