The electrically-conductive composite water-based binder comprises in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of a polyacrylic acid or polyacrylate water-based binder and 0.1-10 parts of an electrically-conductive filler. By means of introducing the electrically-conductive filler into the binder, the electrically-conductive composite water-based binder for lithium ion batteries which has flexibility, low swelling, good binding force and high conductivity is prepared, so that the binder plays a better role in lithium ion batteries.

Abstract

The dispersant comprises any one or a combination of at least two of compounds having a structure represented by formula I. The compounds having the structure represented by formula I each comprise both a polyester chain segment and a polyaniline chain segment, and have a strong adsorption effect on a conductive agent, and also have good affinity to an organic solvent, thereby effectively preventing agglomeration of the conductive agent in the organic solvent and improving the dispersity of the conductive agent in the organic solvent. In this way, the obtained conductive slurry has high conductivity, has both low viscosity and high solid content, and can be applied to lithium ion batteries.

Abstract

The dispersant composition for a positive electrode material comprises a combination of a first dispersant, a second dispersant and a third dispersant, wherein the first dispersant is a diblock copolymer of phenylalkyl acrylate and ethylene oxide; the second dispersant is a triblock copolymer of phenylalkyl acrylate, acrylic acid and ethylene oxide; and the third dispersant is alkyl phthalate. The dispersant composition for a positive electrode material can not only solve the technical problem of increased viscosity of a ternary positive electrode slurry due to the overly large surface adsorbability of a conductive agent material during a processing process of the slurry, but can also solve the problems of gelatinization of a polyvinylidene fluoride binder in a slightly alkaline system of the ternary positive electrode slurry and poor flexibility of an electrode sheet during coating and drying processes of the slurry.
