This disclosure generally relates to efficient and/or gentle cleaning of a items and elements thereof through a configurable cleaning tool. In one embodiment, a cleaning tool includes a first arm having a first portion of a first coupler at one end and a second arm having a first portion of a second coupler to one end of the second arm coupled to the first arm with a hinge element. A first head couples to the first arm and a second end couples to the second arm. The first head includes a first and second treatment surface, and the second head includes a third treatment surface. The first head can rotationally lock in at least one position. The hinge element hinges such that the first head and the second head can grip and clean both sides of the element to be cleaned, for example a window blind or a houseplant leaf.

The head may be removable. The sleeve may be a double-sided cleaning sleeve covering the rotating head. The sleeve wipes a plant element, such as a leaf, to to clean, condition, and/or treat the plant element.
