A basin section, wall section, and a canopy section for a multi-section bathing structure are disclosed. Each of the basin and wall sections include a wall including an offset wall portion including an upper portion extending in a generally vertical direction, and an outboard trough portion including a flange extending away from the upper portion in a generally horizontal direction, and a rim extending away from the flange in a generally vertical direction. The canopy section includes a canopy roof, a canopy wall extending in a direction away from the canopy roof, and including a canopy section lower end extending in a generally vertical direction and a canopy outboard flange extending away from the canopy section lower end in a generally horizontal direction and axially terminating the canopy wall. Each of the sections also may include a section reinforcement and a latch portion coupled to the section reinforcement.

An overflow relief system for a bath tub having an adapter having a first end attached to a drain opening for receiving fluid from the drain opening and a second end remote from the first end for connecting to a drain pipe, the adapter defining an adapter body between the first end and the second end of the adapter and defining a hollow interior surrounded by a sidewall defining an adapter body opening, a unitary conduit integrally formed to the tub having a first open end connected to an overflow opening and a second open end connected to the adapter body opening, the conduit providing a fluid passageway from the overflow opening to the adapter, and wherein the adapter forms a passageway for fluid to flow from the drain opening to the drain pipe and from the second end of the conduit to the drain pipe.
A retainer assembly for a shower surround includes a first frame arm, a second frame arm, an arcuate frame section, a stop and a retainer. The arcuate frame section interconnects the first frame arm and the second frame arm. The stop extends from the first frame arm, and is substantially between the first frame arm and the second frame arm. The retainer arm extends from the arcuate frame section in a direction that is generally opposite from the first frame arm and the second frame arm.

A tub surround includes a retainer assembly which is mounted within an outer band section to receive an inner band section to connect the surround sections. The retainer assembly also permits the surround to be arranged in a packaged arrangement, which is conducive to efficient storage and shipment.
