Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for producing oak chip-infused spirits using ultrasonic vibration technology and temperature control technology. According to an embodiment, the method for producing oak chip-infused spirits significantly reduces the aging period compared to the traditional oak barrel aging method, and additionally, mimics the phenomena that occur during the conventional aging process, such as the expansion or contraction of the wooden barrel due to temperature changes and the natural evaporation of the contents over the aging period, thereby allowing for the production of oak chip-infused spirits with the rich flavor and aroma that are typically achieved only through long-term aging.
