The balcony farm according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is disposed in a window space of an outer wall, comprises: a window unit; a cultivation unit which is disposed in a position corresponding to the window unit; a ventilation unit which supplies external air to the cultivation unit; an air supply and exhaust unit which is connected to the cultivation unit and supplies and exhausts the air of the cultivation unit; a heat exchange unit which connects the air supply and exhaust unit and the ventilation unit and exchanges heat with the air being supplied and exhausted; and an automatic water supply unit which automatically supplies a nutrient solution to the cultivation unit.

The balcony farm according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a window part; a cultivation part disposed at a position corresponding to the window part; an automatic water supply part for automatically supplying a nutrient solution to the cultivation part; and an IoT part for controlling the supply of the nutrient solution supplied to the cultivation part via the automatic water supply part, wherein the cultivation part includes: a drawer; a water tank inserted into the drawer and storing the nutrient solution; a seedbed set seated at the top part of the water tank; and a plant pot inserted into a hole in the seedbed set, supplied with the nutrient solution, and in which a plant grows in a medium, wherein the IoT part controls the supply of the nutrient solution supplied to the plant pot.

A balcony farm, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is disposed in a window space of an outer wall and comprises: a window part; a cultivation part disposed in a location corresponding to the window part; a ventilation part which is arranged on one side of the window part and supplies external air to the cultivation part; air supply and exhaust parts which form the frame of the window part, are connected to the cultivation part at the respective sides of the cultivation part, and supply and exhaust the air of the cultivation part; and a heat exchange part which is disposed between the air supply and exhaust parts that are at the respective sides, connects the air supply and exhaust parts and the ventilation part, and exchanges heat with the air supplied and exhausted through the air supply and exhaust parts and the ventilation part.
