Abstract

The invention relates to an anti-jamming safety system comprising a first conveyor (100) which is continuously moving by means of a first drive element (110) and which is used in all machines, such as conveyors that has rotating parts, where there is a risk of jamming. The invention is characterised in that it comprises; the second conveyor (200), which moves by means of the second drive element (210) next to the first conveyor (100) and can be stationary when necessary, the moving part (310) which is located between the first conveyor (100) and the second conveyor (200) and moves in the y-axis (y) in the event of an object jam between the first conveyor (100) and the second conveyor (200) to prevent jamming of products between the first conveyor (100) and the second conveyor (200) or prevent jamming of clothing or limbs of operators, jamming control system (300) having a detector element (320) which detects the movement distance (a) of the moving part (310) in the y-axis (y) at the moment of object jamming,and the control circuit (400) that stops the first conveyor (100) by receiving the signal from the detector element (320) in case of an object jam between the first conveyor (100) and the second conveyor (200).
