Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a covering material for an underwater structure, the covering material being capable of supplying seaweeds with nutrients for a longer period of time even if the underwater structure is utilized.　The covering material for an underwater structure contains at least an iron fulvic acid (divalent) generated by reacting ferrous sulfate and a fulvic acid and covers an outer surface of an underwater structure (for example, artificial reef 1) that is at least partially installed underwater. Accordingly, the present invention provides a covering material for an underwater structure, the covering material being capable of supplying seaweeds with nutrients for a longer period of time even if the underwater structure is utilized.
