Abstract

A linear vibrator that transmits tactile signals to a user of a mobile phone, PDA, or a portable game console. The linear vibrator uses rubber or silicone rubber having lower elasticity as a material of an elastic body secured to a casing or a base for supporting an oscillator horizontally moving by an electromagnetic force relative to a facing stator, thereby lowering the frequency sensitivity due to a characteristic frequency; reducing various errors of parts and errors in part assembly, thus resulting in smaller deviations of characteristic frequencies between products from mass production; and significantly reducing production cost by using an elastic body made of rubber or silicon rubber instead of steel plate or wire, thereby efficiently producing a structure through a simple assembly process and reducing the manufacture facility cost and labor cost resulting in improved productivity.

Abstract

The invention relates generally to a step actuator, in which a lead screw coupled with a screw thread formed in a nut member is installed in a rotor magnet and moves back and forth in an axial direction responding to a rotation of the rotor to transmit power in an axial direction. A cylindrical bearing for rotatably supporting the nut member is disposed at an upper part of the nut member and integrally formed therewith, to fundamentally remove a gap in the axial direction in the coupled area between the cylindrical bearing and the nut member, thereby significantly reducing the feeding error of a rotator in the axial direction when the lead screw moves back and forth in the axial direction, and reducing the number of parts to be assembled to lower the material cost and the labor cost for assembly.

Abstract

The present invention relates to a step actuator having a structure in which a lead screw is coupled with a screw thread formed in a nut member that is installed inside a rotor magnet, wherein the lead screw moves forwards or backwards in an axial direction according to the rotation of the rotor, and wherein power is transmitted in the axial direction. More specifically, a cylindrical bearing that allows the nut member to rotate is located in the upper part of the nut member and is formed as part of the nut member. Therefore, gaps in the axial direction in the coupled area between the cylindrical bearing and the nut member can be fundamentally prevented. The translation error of the step actuator can be significantly reduced since the rotor moves in the axial direction when the lead screw moves forwards or backwards in the axial direction. In addition, the number of parts to be assembled is decreased, resulting in a reduction in the material cost and the labour cost for assembly.

Abstract

The present invention pertains to a step actuator, wherein a motor section being formed of a stepping motor serves as a driving source, a pinion gear is axially coupled with a rotation shaft of the motor section, a gear section is coupled with the pinion gear, and the torque of the motor section is transmitted by an output shaft which is coupled with the gear section. More specifically, the top surface of the motor section has a motor cover mounted thereon which supports the motor rotation shaft and a stopper which restrains the rotation of the gear rotation shaft. Therefore, initial positional accuracy may be improved and the increase of errors caused by the accumulated tolerance of assembly may be minimized when compared with existing step actuators in which a stopper is mounted to a case which is an injection molded component. In addition, the manufacturing and maintaining of components in the process of mass production become simple, thereby saving product manufacturing costs.

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a PM type step motor used to move a camera or an optical pickup lens of media related equipment. The step motor has a stator unit including first and second stators which butt against and are coupled to each other and each have a bobbin and a yoke attached thereto. Terminal blocks of the first and second stators are spaced apart from each other when the first and second stators are coupled to each other, thus allowing an automatic winding operation using winding equipment to be easily performed. The step motor includes a bushing which has in a central portion thereof a through hole through which a rotating shaft passes and is a two-stage structure having a small outer diameter part and a large outer diameter part, thus allowing the stator unit, the rotating shaft and a casing unit to easily be arranged coaxially.
