Vineyard supporting intermediate pole (22), arranged between the two head poles (10) between which is stretched the plant carrying wire (16), said intermediate pole consisting of a metal section whose lower end is driven into the ground. The top end of the intermediate pole has a sliding surface for supporting the plant, the sliding surface being formed by a curved part of the metal section, which is furrowed by a groove (32) within which the carrying wire (16) is held.
Guy device for a pole driven into the ground, particularly a support pole (10) for vine-growing plants, comprising an anchoring member (14) driven deeply into the ground, a connecting member (15) whose lower end is hooked to the anchoring member (14) and whose upper end is connected through a tensioning member (16) to the pole to be guyed. Both the connecting member (15) and the tensioning member (16) are made of a metal wire or cable, or equivalent material folded so as to form respective closed annular elements, the wire of the connecting member (15) passing through a seat obtained in the anchoring member (14) and having the ends reciprocally knotted, and the tensioning member (16) being hooked to the connecting member (15).

REUSABLE BUNDLING DEVICE FOR OBLONG OBJECTS AND RELATIVE BUNDLING PROCESS
The present invention refers to a reusable bundling device for oblong objects and to the relative bundling process. The bundling device for oblong objects according to the invention comprises an elongated winding element (1, 101 ) suitable to encircle a plurality of oblong objects (21 ), a securing body (2, 102) associated with a first portion of said winding element (1, 101 ) and provided with an aperture (3, 103) suitable to receive a second portion of said winding element (1, 101), said securing body (2, 102) being further provided with clamping means (15, 115) suitable for removably clamping said second portion to said securing body (2, 102). The bundling device is characterized in that said aperture (3, 103) extends in the direction of elongation of said winding element (1, 101) to allow the passage of the winding element (1, 101 ) through the aperture (3, 103) in a direction transversal to said direction of elongation and in that stopping means (4a, 4b, 104) of said winding element (1, 101 ) are arranged in proximity to said aperture (3, 103), thus at least partially obstructing the access to said winding element (1, 101).
B65D 63/14 - Joints produced by application of separate securing members
F16L 3/233 - Supports for pipes, cables or protective tubing, e.g. hangers, holders, clamps, cleats, clips, brackets specially adapted for supporting a number of parallel pipes at intervals for a bundle of pipes or a plurality of pipes placed side by side in contact with each other by means of a flexible band
G09F 3/03 - Forms or constructions of security seals
The present invention refers to a spring-type spacer member, in particular for wires of framework structures intended to support vine-shoots or branches of plants in general. A spring-type spacer member according to the present invention comprises: a first body (1 ) provided with a portion (2) adapted to wrap round a pole, and further provided with at least one arm (4) provided with support means (5); a second body (6) comprising first hook-up means (7) adapted to tighten said portion (2) around said pole, and second hook-up means (8) adapted to firmly clamp said second body (6) onto said pole. The spring-type spacer member is characterized in that it comprises third hook-up means (12, 212) adapted to associate said at least one arm (4) with said second body (6).
Clasping device for mutually fastening two substantially rigid means having an elongated or wire-like shape, extending substantially across each other and in contact with each other at the intersection point, from which each one of said means branches out with respective pairs of opposite arms, said device being comprised of a metal flexible wire-like member adapted to be wound by half a turn round the first arm of said first means, the two opposite ends of said wire-like member being bendable round respective ones of two opposite arms of said second means and being engageable at a surface of the opposite arm of said first means, which lies on the same outer face of said first means engaged by said half a turn. Said opposite ends of said first means may be mutually engaged by either having said two ends twisted together or by securing each such end to the second arm of the first means independently.
F16B 2/24 - Clips, i.e. with gripping action effected solely by the inherent resistance to deformation of the material of the fastening of resilient material, e.g. rubbery material of metal
The present invention refers to a wire-stretching device, in particular for stretching wires of framework structures intended to support vine- shoots or branches of plants in general, e.g. in the case of fruit trees. The wire-stretching device according to the present invention comprises a substantially cylindrical body ( 1) provided with a first through-bore (2) for a wire (3) to be accommodated therein, such through- bore extending transversally to the longitudinal axis of said body ( 1); the device further comprises a detent (5) to firmly clasp said device against a support member (6) of said wire (3). The wire -stretching device according to the present invention is characterized in that said body ( 1) is hollow at least along a region (4) surrounding said through-bore (2), and in that said body ( 1) is further provided with a plurality of second through-bores (8) that extend transversally to the longitudinal axis of said body ( 1), said second through-bores (8) being distributed angularly, i.e. at an angle relative to each other along the outer surface (9) of the body ( 1).
