Abstract
The invention relates to a battery cell assembly comprising a battery tray 2 which is arranged on the lower face in an installed position and which is designed to receive multiple battery cells 4 arranged next to one another, a battery cell holder 6 which functions as a holding element with a plurality of battery cell receiving areas designed to receive battery cells 4 inserted therein, a plurality of battery cells 4 which are inserted into the battery cell receiving areas 64, a contact support 10 which is arranged on the upper face of the battery cells and which comprises contacts for electrical connection to the battery cells 4, and a casting resin 8 which can be filled into the battery tray 2 in order to enclose the battery cells 4 in the battery cell holder 6 and optionally the contact support 10. In order to reduce the cycle times, the battery cell holder 6 is designed as a shell-shaped battery cell holder which is open towards an opening end and defines a closed holding plane that functions as an installation surface, said holding plane being spaced from the opening end via a holder edge. An air guidance control unit having a frame, which surrounds at least one air opening for air flowing along an air flow direction to flow through, a closing device including adjustable flaps, which closing device can be adjusted by means of an adjusting element between an open position in which the air opening is exposed and a closed position in which the air opening is at least partly closed. The invention devises various solutions for especially compact and reliable flap arrangements.
The disclosure relates to an air guide control system with a flap arrangement including flaps which can be rotatably inserted into a joining partner. An actuator drives a damper and a coupling rod transmits the torque of this driven damper to the remaining dampers of the damper arrangement. In the event of a flap fracture of at least one flap, a spring, locks the flap arrangement against further movement, so that error information is reported to the actuator via the coupling rod.

The invention relates to a roof spoiler (10) for a motor vehicle (1), in particular a passenger vehicle, the roof spoiler (10) having a body (11), and the body (11) comprising: an upper shell (12), which, when the spoiler (10) is fastened to the vehicle (1), is arranged or can be arranged so that it extends beyond the vehicle roof area (1a) and the surface of which is provided with a colour coating; and a lower shell (13), which, when the spoiler (10) is fastened to the vehicle (1), is arranged or can be arranged facing towards the vehicle floor, the roof spoiler (10) having predetermined fastening regions (20) for fastening the spoiler to the vehicle (1), and the spoiler being formed as an elongate component with a longitudinal direction which extends, when the spoiler is fastened to the vehicle (1), in the direction of or over the vehicle width. An actuator (12) drives a flap and a coupling rod (14) transfers the torque of said driven flap to the remainder of the flaps of the flap arrangement. In the event that at least one flap (6) breaks, a spring (16, 18) locks the flap arrangement against a further movement, so that an error message is output via the coupling rod (14) and feedback to the actuator (12).

The invention relates to an air guidance control unit which can be inserted into an air opening for controlling air flowing along an air flow direction (L), comprising a closing device with a material or fabric, which can be adjusted by means of an adjusting element between an open position in which the air opening is exposed and a closed position in which the air opening is at least partly closed, for selectively exposing and closing the air opening to modify the air resistance and/or for the purpose of heat management of a unit mounted downstream in the direction of the air flow. The invention devises various solutions for integrating the air control especially in a very limited mounting space in or behind an air grating.

A broad-band resonance silencer has an at least two-part housing which is designed to receive an exhaust-or gas-conveying pipe, which defines, with a circumferentially surrounding pipe jacket with acoustic openings formed therein, a pipe interior, wherein the pipe, in its installed position, is enclosed by a damping chamber formed by the housing, which chamber is actively connected to the pipe interior via the acoustic openings, and wherein the housing includes two axially split housing half-shells. In order to broaden the scope of use of such a broad-band resonance silencer, it is proposed that the pipe be designed as an insert which includes a central pipe section with two end-side pipe ends, that the insert be designed such that it can be inserted into the housing half-shells of the housing, and that the broad-band resonance silencer includes at least one acoustic channel.

The invention relates to a cylinder head oil separator arranged in a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine. In order to reduce maintenance and simplify the oil separator, the cylinder head oil separator comprises a flow channel which is constructed as a Tesla valve and which is designed such that the air-oil aerosol flows through a longer flow path in a first flow direction from the aerosol inlet at a first opening to the air outlet (separation direction) at a second opening, whereas the air-oil aerosol flows through a shorter flow path in a ventilation direction opposite the separation direction from the inlet at the second opening to the outlet of a fluid at the first opening.
A radiator grille arrangement for a vehicle is disclosed.
