Abstract

The present invention relates to a system for allocating loads to breeding positions in an insect farm. The system comprises a transfer wagon, a first rail system, and one or more shuttles with a unique shuttle ID. The one or more shuttles are adapted to run on the rail system. The transfer wagon is adapted to carry at least one of the shuttles. The invention furthermore relates to a computer-implemented method of operation of the system.
