Abstract

The invention relates to a container wall, preferably made of concrete, in particular for containers for storing and fermenting ferment substances. Close to the upper edge thereof the container wall has a clamping channel open to the outside and having an undercut for gripping an edge of at least one plastics film covering the upper face of the container, wherein the clamping channel (112) comprises a narrowed entry slit (124) that is open to the outside, and the height of which is less than the height of an elongated insert profile (126), which can be inserted into the clamping channel and around which the film (130) can be placed. The cross-sectional dimensions of the clamping channel (112), entry slit (124) and insert profile (126) are such that the insert profile (126) can be inserted into the clamping channel (112) in position with respect to the entry slit via the same and is held so that said insert profile cannot move of the channel when the film (130) placed around the insert profile is under tension. The container wall is characterised in that the narrowed entry slit is bounded only by one upper projection, whereas the approximately flat lower wall of the clamping channel merges projection-free into the entry slit.

Abstract

The invention relates to a container of a biogas system, comprising a component that can be removed from the container, for example an agitator for mixing substrate present in the container, a removal opening and a removal device with which the component can be removed from the container at least partially through the removal opening, for example for maintenance purposes. The removal device comprises a flexible hose, which can be fastened with the first end thereof to the removal opening, such that a fluid-tight connection is obtained with respect to the outside between the inner chamber of the container and the inner chamber of the hose, through which connection the component can be guided at least partially into the hose, wherein the removal device comprises a closure unit, with which the hose can be closed in a fluid-tight manner when fastened to the removal opening. The removal device comprises a construction unit, with which the hose, when the component is at least partially introduced in the hose, can be constricted in the region of the first end thereof facing the container, reducing the cross-section of the hose when said hose is fastened to the removal opening, such that, when the hose is closed, a space is created in the inner chamber of the hose, wherein said space receives the component at least partially and is fluid-tight with respect to the surroundings.

Abstract

The invention relates to a tank wall, preferably made of concrete, in particular for tanks for storing and fermenting ferment materials, comprising a clamping channel having an undercut near the upper edge and open to the outside for clampingly receiving an edge of a plastic film cover, wherein the clamping channel comprises a constricted side entry slit formed by an upper and a lower protrusion, the height thereof being less than the height of an elongated insert profile that can be placed in the clamping channel and about which the film can be wrapped. A lower wall of the channel is preferably only somewhat wider than the thickness of the clamping rail at the facing longitudinal edge, while the upper wall of the channel is preferably at least double the width of the clamping rail at the facing longitudinal edge. The cross-sectional dimensions of the channel, entry slit, and insert profile are such that the insert profile can be inserted by means of the entry slit and at a diagonal orientation thereto into the clamping channel, and is retained against moving out of the clamping channel in approximately parallel orientation to the protrusions, when the film wrapped around the insert profile is under tension.
