Abstract

The present invention relates to a modular element (M) for adjustable strap (1) for watches comprising a first link (2) comprising a central element (3) and at least two side elements (4, 5) arranged at opposite sides of the central element (3), said first link (2) being configured to be associated with at least a second link (6) arranged consecutively, a fixed element (7) and a movable element (8) arranged at opposite sides of the first link (2), said movable element (8) being movable between a first position, wherein the movable element (8) is spaced apart from the first link (2) and from the second link (6), and a second position, wherein said movable element (8) is adhered to the first link (2) and to the second link (6), a first pin (9) extending from the fixed element (7) towards the movable element (8) and passing through a passageway (11) formed in the second link (6), a second pin (10) extending from the fixed element (7) to the movable element (8) through a second channel (12) formed in the first link (2), the second pin (10) being movable within the second channel (12) to/from the fixed element (7), wherein that said central element (3) is rotatable around an axis of rotation (X) defined by the second pin (10).
