Provided is a block type outsole and a shoe manufacturing method including same that can firmly fix the block type outsole to the base portion without an adhesive, thereby providing the shoe with excellent durability, and undergo no hydrolyzation of an adhesive even in wet places and cause no concern of being detached from the shoe due to reduced adhesion, thereby providing the shoe with excellent waterproofness. In addition, the block type outsole and shoe manufacturing method including same can manufacture a shoe including a block type outsole having abrasion resistance and anti-slip function only by using a simple process, thereby showing excellent process efficiency.
An attachable/detachable toecap coupled to the front of the work shoes is disclosed. The attachable/detachable toecap coupled to the front of the work shoe comprises a top plate formed to cover toes and a portion of top of a foot; a side plate formed to extend downwards from the side of the top plate and to surround the top plate; a bottom plate formed to be under the side plate and to cover the bottom of the front of the work shoe; and an anti-separation means for preventing separation of the toecap from the work shoes, wherein the anti-separation means further comprises coupling blocks protruding from the bottom of the work shoe and coupling grooves formed to have vertical perforations at the position corresponding to the coupling blocks, so that the coupling blocks are snap-fitted to prevent the separation of the toecap from the work shoe.

Abstract
A foam-free low-specific-gravity polyolefin-based elastomer composition according to the present invention allows for a lightweight product without a foaming process, so that contaminants such as harmful gases are not generated during a foaming process and there is no risk of shrinkage, and thus has the effect of providing excellent dimensional stability. A foaming composition and a foamed body molding method using same according to the present invention can minimize the denaturation of an additive under high temperature conditions, so that foaming is performed stably, and thus have the effect of making the foaming uniformity of the foamed body stable. In addition, the present invention has the effect of providing a foamed body that is foamed after sufficient crosslinking and thus capable of excellently exhibiting the desired heat resistance.

Abstract
The lightweight footwear of the present invention maintains excellent durability and improves heat resistance, so that contraction percentage due to a change with the passage of time is significantly low, rarely causing deformation, and thus, the lightweight footwear may be used in a high temperature and sanitary environment. In addition, the present invention solves the problem of the occurrence of premature foaming due to injection molding and a pattern on the appearance due to dispersion failure, thereby facilitating injection molding.
