Abstract
The present invention is intended to provide a toothbrush which can increase a contact area between teeth and bristles and further enhance frictional force while a head on which the bristles are planted is elastically moving vertically and laterally in accordance with the shapes of the teeth, which can minimize the wear of teeth and the damage of periodontal tissues attributable to booth brushing by adjusting pressure excessively exerted on teeth by a toothbrush user, which enables a patient with a periodontal disease to more easily use bass technique-based tooth brushing, thereby helping the cleanliness of gums and the health of periodontal tissues, maximizing a tooth brushing effect, and contributing to the improvement of oral hygiene, and which can provide the convenience of fabrication.

Abstract
The present invention provides a toothbrush in which a header having bristles transplanted thereinto resiliently moves upward, downward, leftward, and rightward according to the shapes of teeth to: increase the contact area and frictional force between the teeth and the bristles; minimize wear of the teeth and damage to the periodontal tissue, which are caused by tooth brushing, by adjusting the pressure that is excessively applied to the teeth by a toothbrush user; and enable a patient with a periodontal disease to more easily use the Bass tooth brushing technique useful for the patient, thereby helping with the cleanliness of the gums, the health of the periodontal tissue, the maximization of the tooth brushing effect, and the hygiene of the mouth and maximizing the convenience of manufacturing. Namely, the present invention has a feature wherein, in a typical tooth brush (1), a plurality of resilient pieces (5) are formed on a header (4), and bristles (3) are transplanted into the upper portion of each resilient piece (5). Furthermore, fixed-type bristles (3) may be selectively transplanted into a part of the upper portion of the header (4), and the resilient pieces (5) are formed upward in a circular arc shape and are made of a soft synthetic resin material so that the resilient pieces (5) can resiliently move upward, downward, leftward, and rightward.

Abstract
Disclosed herein is a toothbrush. The toothbrush (1) includes a head (2), and a through hole (3) formed vertically through the head. The through hole (3) is formed in one or more portions by a predetermined length at a predetermined portion around a front, back, left or right of the bristle body (5) to prevent the bristle body (5) from being separated from the head (2). The bristle body (5) and the head (2) are connected to each other by one or more connecting portions. This toothbrush enables the bristle body implanted with bristles to freely and flexibly move upwards, downwards, leftwards or rightwards in the through hole of the head, so that the bristle body flexibly moves so as to adapt to various shapes of the teeth when brushing the teeth, thereby maximizing the contact area between the teeth and the bristles as well as the brushing effect.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a toothbrush, characterized by forming a hole perforated in an up-down direction on a header of a toothbrush, wherein the hole has placed therein a plate having a brush implanted thereon, and the plate is fixed on top of an elastic member fixed on the edge of the bottom surface portion of the header, so as to enable an elastic movement in up, down, left, right directions, and as the plate having the brush implanted thereon elastically moves similarly on the header according to the shapes of the teeth, the contact area between the teeth and the brush increases and the friction increases, to maximize the tooth brushing effect, minimizes the abrasion of the teeth and the damage of the periodontal tissues due to tooth brushing by adjusting the pressure exerted excessively on the teeth by a user, to enable an easier use of Bass tooth brushing techniques and to aid the user in achieving both cleanliness of gums and oral hygiene.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a toothbrush, and more particularly to a toothbrush having a bristle body implanted with bristles, wherein the bristle body is designed to flexibly move upward, downward, leftward or rightward in the head of the toothbrush according to the dental shape so as to increase the contact area between the teeth and the bristles as well as the frictional force therebetween, thereby maximizing the removal of dental plaque to aid oral hygiene. Namely, the toothbrush (1) of the present invention includes at least one through-hole (3) penetrating vertically the head (2) of the toothbrush and a bristle body (5) implanted with bristles (4), the bristle body (5) being inserted in the through-hole (3) with at least one part connected to the head (2) to prevent separation from the head (2) and being movable freely upward, downward, leftward or rightward in the head (2). Thus the toothbrush of the present invention enables the bristle body implanted with bristles to freely and flexibly move upward, downward, leftward or rightward in the through-hole of the head, so that the bristle body flexibly moves so as to adapt to various shapes of the teeth during brushing of the teeth, maximizing the contact area between the teeth and the bristles as well as the brushing effect, thus aiding oral hygiene.
