Abstract

A component packaging device for electronic device manufacturing, comprising a bottom plate (9). A second U-shaped plate (3) is fixedly connected to the rear side of the top of the bottom plate (9). A fourth U-shaped plate (19) is fixedly connected to the middle of the bottom of the second U-shaped plate (3). A first sliding rail (14) is provided at the middle of the bottom of the fourth U-shaped plate (19). Second servo motors (15) are fixedly connected to left and right sides of the fourth U-shaped plate (19). The output ends of the second servo motors (15) penetrate and fixedly connect to a first bidirectional threaded rod (20). The left and right sides of the outer ring of the first bidirectional threaded rod (20) are in threaded connection with first nut pairs (18). The sizes of packaged packaging bags are different. The second servo motors (15) are turned on, and the output ends of the second servo motors (15) rotate to drive the first bidirectional threaded rod (20) to rotate, so as to drive the first nut pairs (18) and cutting blades to move along the first sliding rail towards the middle, such that excess material at the bag opening can be cut off.
