Abstract
The invention relates to a dough dividing machine (1) having a dough adding funnel (2) and a dough feeding chamber (4) at the outlet of the dough adding funnel (2). The dough dividing machine (1) comprises at least one dough feeding piston (6) and one dough orifice (7) in the dough conveying path after the dough feeding chamber (4). The dough feeding piston (6) can be moved in a reciprocating manner between a releasing position and a feeding position. In the releasing position, the dough feeding piston (6) releases the dough feeding chamber (4) for the feeding of dough. In the feeding position, the dough feeding piston (6) conveys a content of the dough feeding chamber (4) to at least one dough measuring chamber (9) through the dough orifice (7) in order to provide a dough portion. A reciprocation drive (16) of the dough feeding piston (6) is designed as a linear actuator having a linearly driven drive component (17). The result is a dough dividing machine having an efficient reciprocation drive for the dough feeding piston (6).

Abstract
For forming a ready-to-bake, endless dough ring, a dough piece is first round kneaded in a round-kneading station and then fermented in a fermenting station. In a pressure station, flattening pressure is exerted on two sides of the dough piece for a flat round piece to produce. After a relaxation interval, an inside hole is punched into the relaxed dough piece in a punching station, with a dough ring being obtained. The individual stations of a corresponding dough treatment system are connected to each other by means of a conveyor. Then secondary fermenting of the shaped dough ring takes place, which is followed by baking of a ring article. The result is an efficient method of forming a ready-to-bake, endless dough ring. Producing the baked ring article can be completely automated.
