Abstract
A method of manufacturing a decorated semi-rigid plastic article, carton, package, or box, including: defining a select region of a semi-rigid plastic film or sheet according to a design requirement; applying a clear, colored, or highly reflective coating onto the select region, positioning said coating relative to an embossing form, said embossing form containing at least one Optical Element, bringing the embossing form and coating into intimate contact, hardening, drying, or curing the coating such that it permanently adopts the mirror image of at least one Optical Element, and separating the coating from the embossing form such that the semi-rigid plastic film or sheet contains a selectively applied Optical Element. The above method of manufacturing the semi-rigid plastic article has simple steps, simple operation and low cost. A semi-rigid plastic packing box manufactured by the above method containing both see through transparent regions and select Optical Elements is also provided.
B65D 5/00 - Rigid or semi-rigid containers of polygonal cross-section, e.g. boxes, cartons or trays, formed by folding or erecting one or more blanks made of paper
3.

Abstract
Disclosed is a flexible plastic packaging box (100), comprising a box cover (20) and a box body (10) with one open end. The box cover (20) comprises a box cover main body (21) and an arc-shaped edge (22) around the periphery of the box cover main body (21). An arc-shaped edge roll (122) is provided around the outer wall of the box body (10) on the rim of the open end of the box body (10). The arc-shaped edge (22) matches the arc-shaped edge roll (122) to make the box cover (20) detachably provided on the box body (10) and seal the open end of the box body (10). The arc-shaped edge (22) of the box cover (20) around the periphery of the box cover main body (21) forms a snap-groove (23) around the periphery of the box cover main body, whereby, by means of the arc-shaped edge roll (122) of the open end of the box body matching the arc-shaped edge (22) and the elasticity of the flexible plastic material per se, the box cover (20) is made to fix relatively reliably on the box body (10) and seal the open end of the box body (10).
B65D 43/10 - Removable lids or covers having a peripheral flange fitting over the rim of the container and retained by snapping over beads or projections

Abstract
A packing box comprises a cylindrical box body (1) which is opened at two ends and box covers (2) which seal the openings at two ends of the box body (1), wherein the edge of at least one opening at two ends of the box body (1) is inwards bent to form a hook buckle. The box cover (2) is a sheet component of which shape is same to the opening of the box body (1), and the edge of the sheet component is bent towards center thereof, wherein the bent edge is buckled with the hook buckle in the box body (1). The packing box avoids wasting energy, provides aesthetic sealing, protects the environment, and effectively improves the production efficiency.
