Abstract

The present invention relates to an animal mannequin for collecting semen from South American camelids that comprises a head, a neck, a main body and a hole at the rear end of the main body for an interchangeable artificial vagina. The mannequin comprises a solar panel embedded in the neck or body of the mannequin to self-generate energy and articulations arranged in the connections between the head, neck and main body such that the natural movements of the body of a camelid is simulated.

Abstract

The present invention relates to an artificial vagina for collecting semen from South American camelids, comprising a tubular metal body which is arranged in a horizontal position and is bent downward at one end, said end being coupled to two tubes in the form of uterine horns, the tubes corresponding to the bend in the metal body, with the purpose of allowing the natural reciprocating movement of the male's penis, which in turn increases the amount of semen collected.
