A furnishing composition having a plurality of furnishing modules that can be assembled according to a variable configuration is provided. Each furnishing modules is provided with a support frame having a support base and at least one engagement seat directed along a vertical axis perpendicular to a support plane of the furnishing composition, and at least one connecting rod having an arm ending, at opposite ends, with a pair of fixing pins projecting perpendicularly to the arm. The fixing pins are at least partially counter-shaped with respect to the engagement seats so as to be engaged in the engagement seats according to a shape coupling. The fixing pins of the at least one connecting rod are engaged in respective engagement seats of two furnishing modules adjacent to each other.

Abstract

A mechanism for adjusting the seat of a chair as a result of changing the tilt of the backrest with respect to the seat is provided. The mechanism has a backrest frame and a base frame, as well as a covering element stably combined with the base frame and forming part of the seat. The backrest frame is rotatably constrained to the base frame around a respective rotation axis and tilting with respect to the seat between a position (P1) of minimum tilt and a position (P2) of maximum tilt. Advantageously, the covering element is partially elastically deformable, with the mechanism having deforming means operated by the backrest frame in order to reversibly deform, in the vertical direction, when the covering element as a function of the tilt angle with backrest frame has reached with respect to the position (P1) of minimum tilt.

Abstract

Furnishing elements which include a frame having at least a first and a second wall incident to each other so as to identify an edge, at least one covering associated with and superposed on said frame so as to cover at least partially said walls and said edge are provided. The frame, in correspondence with said edge, may include an attachment element which delimits an attachment seat open in the vicinity of said first and second wall, wherein the covering includes at least two flaps folded and inserted inside the attachment seat, and wherein said attachment seat locks the flaps on the inside against the inner walls of the seat itself. Abstract

A furnishing element, such as a table, a stool, or a desk includes a support structure having at least one support leg defining a vertical axis, a support shelf, supported by and connected to the support structure by a connector. In a use configuration, the support shelf is parallel to a horizontal plane. The connector includes a first joint and a second joint independent of each other. The first joint identifies a first hinge axis parallel to the horizontal plane to permit rotation and folding of the support shelf towards the support structure, to position the support shelf perpendicular to the horizontal plane in a folded configuration. The second joint identifies a second hinge axis which permits rotation of the support leg towards the support shelf, to position the support leg parallel to the horizontal plane in a folded configuration.
