Abstract

This disclosure provides a sample preparation method, freezing and pressing device, and observation method that suppress the production of ice crystals. This sample preparation method comprises: a step for introducing an object under observation and water into a space inside a sample preparation device comprising a first member (11a) and second member (11b) that each have a hollow part and an opening where one side of the hollow part is open and thereby filling the space with the object under observation and water: a step for fixing the first member (11a) and second member (11b) while joining the opening of the first member (11a) and the opening of the second member (11b); a step for cooling the sample preparation device; and a step for separating the first member (11a) and second member (11b) and splitting the object under observation, which was frozen in the step for cooling the sample preparation device.

Abstract

[Problem] To provide a recommendation system, a recommendation device, an information processing method, and a computer-readable recording medium that are capable of accurately recommending cooking according to preferences and situations to each user while avoiding an excessive burden on each user. [Solution] A user-specific information acquisition unit 16 acquires corresponding cooking-specific information on the basis of user conversion information determined for target registered users. A presenting information output unit 22 outputs presenting information intended to be presented to the target registered users on the basis of the corresponding cooking-specific information. Default user information related with a type pattern according to a new user's preference is acquired from a default information storage unit 39 on the basis of type information about the new user, and user conversion information based on the acquired default user information is stored as the user conversion information determined for the new user in the user-specific information acquisition unit 16.

Abstract

The object of the present invention is to find and produce cathepsin L having high activity under neutral to alkaline conditions and at a low temperature range. The present inventors succeeded in discovering novel cathepsin L having activity even at a low temperature range from hepatopancreas of Japanese northern shrimp. The present inventors further determined the gene sequence encoding said novel cathepsin L, thus enabling production thereof by genetic recombination.
