F28D 7/10 - Heat-exchange apparatus having stationary tubular conduit assemblies for both heat-exchange media, the media being in contact with different sides of a conduit wall the conduits being arranged one within the other, e.g. concentrically
A resin pipe 30 and a resin member 31 are fixed to a setting portion 5 provided on the front side of a base 6, and a timing pulley 13 which is provided on the back side of the base 6 and to which a light emission unit 3 is attached is rotated. As a result, the light emission unit 3 applies laser light 20 to a junction 32 between the resin pipe 30 and the resin member 31 while revolving around the junction 32. This makes it easy to fuse and join the entire outer circumferential surface of the resin pipe 30 with the entire inner circumferential surface of the resin member 31, which are variously shaped and sized.
Provided is a snap-fit engagement connector that can prevent a pipe from pulling out from the interior of the connector body section. When a pipe (50) is inserted into the interior of a connector body section (1), a distal-end portion of a hook part (33) of a retainer (3) makes contact with a spool part (51) from an opening (11) side of the connector body section (1). The hook part (33) is provided with a curved portion (33a) that protrudes toward the opening (11) side of the connector body section (1). The curved section (33a) is formed in a shape that bends toward the opening (11) side of the connector body section (1), and then folds toward the side away from the opening (11) side of the connector body section (1). The apex of the curved section (33a) is positioned closer to the interior of the connector body section (1) than the surface of the connector body section (1) on an internal space (12) side.

A structure for connection between a metal bellows tube (A) and a metal tube (B) of a different material from the bellows tube. A connection section of the bellows tube has a straight tube section (1) in the bellows tube, a nipple (2), a bellows tube reinforcing section (3), and a fastening collar (4), and they are fitted and secured to each other in that order from the inside of the tube. The nipple has a base section (2-1) joined to the reinforcing section and a connection end section (2-2) extending to the metal tube side. The fastening collar has a small diameter section (4-1) on the metal tube side and a large diameter section (4-2) on the bellows tube side. A connection section of the metal tube is constructed from a connection end section (6) of the metal tube and a sleeve (7) secured to the outer side of the connection section. The sleeve (7) has a base section (7-1) joined to the connection section and a fitting end section (7-2) extending to the bellows tube side. The fitting end section of the sleeve is fitted on the small diameter section of the fastening collar, and the outer surface of the connection end section of the nipple and the inner surface of the connection end section of the metal tube are bonded and fixed by heat curing resin, with end surfaces of the bellows tube reinforcing section and of the fastening collar and an end surface of the metal tube made to be in contact or to be close to each other.
