Abstract

The present invention discloses an autoclave assembly, a system for solid waste treatment by thermal hydrolysis comprising at least two autoclave assemblies and a method for solid waste treatment by thermal hydrolysis using the system for solid waste treatment by thermal hydrolysis. The present invention solves all the problems associated with the treatment of the "complex" solid waste (composition of fibrous materials, such as textile and plastics), with advantages such as: being able to use a single inlet/outlet point of the treatment container located at the bottom, thereby saving in infrastructure, harnessing the storage capacity of the vertical arrangement, using conveyor systems that provide good fluid dynamics without clogging, avoiding the winding of fibrous materials and using a system configured to mobilise all the solid waste accumulated in the vertical container, allowing internal recirculation during the treatment that substantially improves heat transfer.
