Abstract

A reciprocating servo control device for a mainshaft of a honing machine includes a bed body, a mainshaft mechanism, a driving system for hydraulic reversing and a control system, the driving system includes a mainshaft hydraulic cylinder and a mechanical-hydraulic servo valve, a valve body of the mechanical-hydraulic servo valve is connected to a piston rod of the mainshaft hydraulic cylinder via a connecting mechanism, a spool of the mechanical-hydraulic servo valve is connected to one end of a first connecting member, and the other end of the first connecting member is connected to a pilot displacement mechanism controlled by a servo driving and control system. The reciprocating servo control device adopts a mechanical position closed-loop and a hydraulic position closed-loop, to achieve numerical control of speed, position and reversing of the mainshaft hydraulic cylinder, thus a simple structure, reliable control, low price and easy adjustment can be realized.

Abstract

Disclosed is a reciprocating servo control device for the mainshaft of a honing machine. The device comprises a bed body, a mainshaft mechanism of the honing machine mounted on the bed body, a driving system for hydraulic reverse and a control system. The driving system for hydraulic reverse comprises a mainshaft hydraulic cylinder (10) and a mechanical-hydraulic servo valve for controlling the reciprocation of the mainshaft hydraulic cylinder (10). The valve body (12) of the mechanical-hydraulic servo valve is connected to the piston rod (11) of the mainshaft hydraulic cylinder (10) through a connecting mechanism. One end of a connecting member (5) is connected to the spool (14) of the mechanical-hydraulic servo valve, and the other end is connected to a shifting mechanism which is controlled by a servo-drive control system. The reciprocating servo control device for the mainshaft of the honing machine utilizes the position closed-loop of a numerical control mechanism and the hydraulic position closed-loop composed of the linear mechanical-hydraulic servo valve to realize the numerical control of speeds, positions and reversing of the mainshaft hydraulic cylinder (10) of the honing machine, thus simple structure, reliable control, low price and easy adjustment, operation and maintenance can be realized.

Abstract

Disclosed is a driving device, especially a hydraulic reciprocating servo control device, with the control device comprising a hydraulic driving system and a control system, which is characterized in that the hydraulic driving system comprises a hydraulic cylinder (10) and a mechanical-hydraulic servo valve for controlling the reciprocating of the hydraulic cylinder (10), a valve body (12) in the mechanical-hydraulic servo valve is fixedly connected to a piston rod (11) in the hydraulic cylinder via a connecting mechanism (13), with one end of a connecting piece (5) being connected to a valve spool (14) of the mechanical-hydraulic servo valve and the other end thereof being connected to a reciprocating driving mechanism which is controlled by a digital control system. The hydraulic reciprocating servo control device is simple in structure, low in cost and convenient in adjustment, operation and maintenance, thus it is suitable for various occasions where digital controlling and hydraulic driving are required. Especially, the hydraulic reciprocating servo control device can be applied in the honing machine industry and in the manufacturing of an internal combustion engine.
