Abstract
This method for producing a lamination molded article comprises laminating a lamination molding composition containing a heat-sensitive gelling agent and a water-curable inorganic composition, and non-fluidizing the lamination molding composition through heating during lamination and/or after lamination, wherein the heat-sensitive gelling agent contains an aqueous medium, a polymer dispersed in the aqueous medium, and a nonionic surfactant having a cloud point of 30°C or more and an HLB value of 10-18; and when the intrusion resistance value at 17±3°C immediately after defoaming is denoted as a0, and the intrusion resistance value at 17±3°C after microwave heating at 600 W for 30 seconds after defoaming is denoted as a1, the value of a1/a0 of the heat-sensitive gelling agent is 15 or more.

Abstract
A method for producing a conjugated-diene-based copolymer latex, comprising a step of performing the emulsion polymerization of a monomer component containing 10 to 80% by mass of an aliphatic conjugated-diene-based monomer, 0.5 to 15% by mass of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and 5 to 89.5% by mass of another copolymerizable monomer, wherein the ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer comprises itaconic acid which does not show a peak that is detected in a time range between a detection time of 12 minutes and a detection time of 14 minutes in a chromatogram measured under the below-mentioned measurement conditions. The measurement is carried out using a liquid chromatography-corona charged aerosol detector, wherein the concentration of a sample is 1% by mass, the solvent is pure water, the column temperature is 40°C, the mobile phase is an aqueous formic acid solution/acetonitrile, and the feed rate is 0.2 ml/min.

Abstract
Provided are: a rubber composition (a silica master batch) that contains silica in a highly dispersed state, which is prepared by mixing a suspension with an emulsion of an emulsion-polymerized conjugated diene polymer and then coagulating the resultant mixture, wherein the suspension is prepared by highly dispersing wet silica, which does not undergo secondary coagulation yet, or silica, which is prepared by mechanically dissociating secondary coagulation masses of silica, in water and the emulsion-polymerized conjugated diene polymer contains a functional group that is reactive with silica or has high affinity for silica; and a method for producing the rubber composition. A clam (a small mass of a rubber) which contains silica in a highly dispersed state is hardly dried. Therefore, the clam is dried in an apparatus which is composed of a drying apparatus composed of a dehydrator and a hot-air drier and a heating roll for drying purposes provided to the drying apparatus, whereby a rubber composition in which silica is highly dispersed and which has high reinforcing performance can be produced. As a method for mixing the emulsion of the emulsion-polymerized conjugated diene copolymer with the silica suspension, a mere agitating/mixing procedure can be employed, and a process of mixing the components homogenously while applying a stimulus such as heat or pressure to the mixture of the components using a steam ejector to cause the coagulation of the components can also be employed desirably.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a binder for a secondary cell electrode, a slurry for a secondary cell electrode, and a secondary cell electrode. The popularity of secondary cells has been remarkable in recent years, and of these, the lithium ion secondary cell is being studied for use in automobiles, etc. Although a fluoropolymer has been conventionally used as the polymer binder for the production of an electrode of a lithium ion secondary cell, because, among other reasons, a fluoroplymer must be dissolved in an organic solvent, and large amounts must be added to obtain adhesive power, there have been problems such as organic solvent volatility and electrode conductivity interference. The present invention is intended to solve these problems by using, as the binder for a secondary cell electrode, a binder containing a copolymer latex obtained by emulsion polymerization of a monomer composition comprising specific amounts of an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester monomer, an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of aliphatic conjugated diene monomers and alkenyl aromatic monomers, and another monomer (other than a cyano group-containing vinyl monomer) copolymerizable with these monomers.

[Problem] To provide a thermoplastic resin processing aid that can effectively increase molding/processing properties of a thermoplastic resin or a composition containing same without detracting from the intrinsic properties of the thermoplastic resin. [Solution] The processing aid for being combined with a thermoplastic resin is characterized by (1) the processing aid containing a copolymer (A) obtained by copolymerizing a) 50-95 wt% of an aromatic vinyl monomer, b) 5-50 wt% of a vinyl cyanide monomer, and d) 0-45 wt% of another vinyl monomer that can copolymerize with the aromatic vinyl monomer and the vinyl cyanide monomer (however, the total of the monomers used in the copolymer (A) is 100 wt%), (2) the peak molecular weight (Mp) of the copolymer (A) being at least one million, and (3) the copolymer being a particulate, wherein 1-50 wt% of particles with a particle size of at least 355 µm are contained in every 100 wt% of the copolymer (A).

Abstract
Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition for vehicle lamp housings which exhibits excellent balance among physical properties and excellent gloss. The thermoplastic resin composition is advantageous in that not only a molded product obtained in an early molding stage but also a molded product obtained after repeated molding operations can yield, via direct vapor deposition, an article that exhibits excellent diffuse reflectance. Also provided are molded products. A thermoplastic resin composition for vehicle lamp housings which comprises 5 to 80 parts by weight of (A) a graft copolymer that is obtained by graft-polymerizing (a-2) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers, (meth)acrylic ester monomers and maleimide monomers in the presence of (a-1) an acrylate-based rubbery polymer having a weight-mean particle diameter of 100 to 400nm, and 20 to 95 parts by weight of (B) a (co)polymer that is obtained by polymerizing (a-2) at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers, (meth)acrylic ester monomers and maleimide monomers (with proviso that the sum total of the components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight), characterized in that: the total content of volatile substances at 260°C is 0.7wt% or less relative to the whole composition; and the total content of oligomers having weight-average molecular weights of 200 to 1000 is 0.3wt% or less relative to the whole composition.

Abstract
A thermoplastic resin composition for vehicular lamp housings is provided which gives a vehicular lamp housing that shows improved hot-plate weldability, vibration weldability, or laser weldability when welded to other members, and which has an excellent balance among material properties including impact resistance and flowability. The thermoplastic resin composition for vehicular lamp housings comprises: a graft copolymer (A) obtained by graft-polymerizing, through emulsion polymerization, one or more members selected from aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers, (meth)acrylic ester monomers, and maleimide monomers with a rubbery acrylic ester polymer with a weight-average particle diameter of 70-250 nm obtained by emulsion-polymerizing 60-95 wt.% acrylic ester monomer in the presence of 5-40 wt.% aromatic vinyl polymer having a weight-average particle diameter of 10-150 nm; and a (co)polymer (C) obtained by polymerizing one or more members selected from aromatic vinyl monomers, vinyl cyanide monomers, (meth)acrylic ester monomers, and maleimide monomers.
