Abstract

An apparatus for automatically recovering meat from headed and gutted fish comprises: a transport device for transporting the fish along a transport path in a transport direction; a measuring device for detecting an anatomy of the fish; and a detaching device for detaching the meat from a bone structure of the fish, wherein the detaching device comprises at least two circular knives which are spaced apart from each other on mutually opposing sides of the transport path to form a gap S; wherein: the detaching device comprises a control device to adjust a width of the gap S depending on the anatomy of the fish, the control device is configured to pre-adjust the width of the gap S before the meat is detached from the bone structure and wherein the control device is configured to vary the width of the gap S while the meat is being detached.

Abstract

A transport apparatus for poultry bodies/parts includes a frame, a transport unit on the frame with a revolvingly driven transport device, and a holding apparatus for saddling/holding the poultry during transport/processing. The holding apparatus includes a clamping device with a clamping hook pivotable by an actuating mechanism about a rotational axis from a standby into a clamping position and back. An apparatus is for cutting into breast fillets that are connected to one another of a carcass of poultry bodies, the breast fillets being cut into along the breastbone. Abstract

An apparatus for separating materials with different degrees of flowability has a rotationally driven hollow drum with a perforated peripheral surface, which is releasably arranged on a drive element. A continuous press belt can be pressed against the hollow drum from the outside while wrapping around a portion of the circumference of the hollow drum. The press belt and the hollow drum cooperate to form an intake wedge for the pressed material. The drive element has at least one controllably movable holding means which is configured and adapted to controllably lock the hollow drum on the drive element as well as to controllably release the hollow drum from the drive element. A corresponding method is also provided.

Abstract

A conveying unit is designed and configured for automatically conveying fillet-like meat products, in particular fish fillets. The conveying unit has a first conveying element rotationally driven by a drive and a second conveying element rotationally driven by a drive, in transport direction of the meat products to be conveyed. Abstract

An apparatus for separating materials with different flowability has a rotationally driven hollow drum with a perforated peripheral surface, stripping means for stripping away material, and a continuous compression belt pressed from outside onto the drum by wrapping around part of the circumference of the drum, an intake wedge for the material. The belt is mounted by a drive roller and bearing roller. The drive roller controllably variably presses into a pressing position against the drum, separated by the belt. The drive roller position is adjustably set by a first positioning device via a control device, with a first end abutment element for mechanical position limitation. Part of the first positioning device comes into blocking contact with a first counter-surface of the first end abutment element in the pressing position of the drive roller and the first counter-surface of the first end abutment element is adjustable by the control device.

The invention relates to a cutting apparatus (10) designed and intended for the final separation of fish fillets from fish which are transported, tail first, in transport direction T along a transport path and which have already undergone belly cutting and flank cutting, having a framework (11), having a transport apparatus (13), which is driven in circulation by means of a drive element (12) and has at least one accommodating element (14) for a fish which is to be processed, and having a cutting-blade assembly (15), which has two blade heads (16, 17), each with a driven circular blade (18, 19), wherein the two blade heads (16, 17) are located on opposite sides of the transporting path such that the fish which are to be processed can be transported along the transport path between the spaced-apart circular blades (18, 19), the cutting apparatus being distinguished in that, for the purpose of altering the distance (B) between the circular blades (18, 19), the blade heads (16, 17) are mounted in a movable manner on the framework (11), and in that the cutting-blade assembly (15) is assigned at least one sensing element (20, 27), which is fixed to one of the movable blade heads (16, 17), wherein each sensing element (20, 27) is arranged on the blade head (16, 17) downstream of the cutting edges (SK) of the circular blades (18, 19), as seen in the transport direction T, said cutting edges being directed counter to the transport direction T, and projects beyond the respective cutting edge (SK), as seen in a direction transverse to the transport direction T, in the direction of the centre axis (M) of the transport apparatus (13) and therefore of the fish which are to be processed. Abstract

An arrangement for skinning poultry parts containing the poultry breast includes a conveying device having saddle elements configured for conveying the poultry parts in a conveying direction along a skinning device. The skinning device has at least one rotationally driven profiled roller and a guide element. The roller, together with an entry edge of the guide element, is adapted to form an entry gap for gripping the skin on the side of the poultry breast. The guide element has flank guide elements each adapted for laterally guiding the poultry part, wherein the flank guide elements have inner guide surfaces adapted for contacting the flesh of the poultry part. A method is also provided.

Abstract

A holding apparatus is configured and adapted for holding eviscerated poultry bodies or parts thereof during processing in a processing apparatus. The holding apparatus includes a supporting body, a fastening body for holding the supporting body and for fastening the holding apparatus to a revolving transport unit of the processing apparatus, and also a clamping device for fixing the poultry body or parts on the supporting body. The supporting body is detachably connected to the fastening body by a fastening element. The fastening element, in the mounted state of the holding apparatus, is accessible from outside. At least one stationary supporting bolt and at least one movable guide bolt are arranged on the fastening body, and the supporting body has corresponding recesses into which the bolts engage. A transport apparatus, a processing apparatus, and a method for maintenance of a holding apparatus, are also provided.
