Abstract

The invention relates to a device for coring an agricultural product, such as a fruit or vegetable, said device comprising a conveyor (10) containing a conveyor belt (101) which extends in a longitudinal plane and is configured to move the product to be cored in a movement direction towards a viewing zone in which a specific zone of the perimeter of the agricultural product can be viewed by first viewing means (40) that communicates with a manipulator robot (50) comprising at least one movable arm (51) provided with clamping means (52) in order, in particular, to grip the product in order to move it to a coring position located in a coring zone in which the longitudinal axis about which the core extends is substantially aligned with a coring axis.
