REGIONAL ESTIMATION METHOD FOR MARINE ENVIRONMENT DYNAMIC ELEMENTS
The present invention belongs to the technical field of coastal and marine engineering. Disclosed is a regional estimation method for marine environment dynamic elements. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring n-year timing sequence historical data of marine environment dynamic elements; according to weather system groups, extracting independent and co-distributed extreme samples; in a region where extreme sample information is sufficient, calculating a respective probability distribution parameter for a single point; on the basis of an artificial neural network, establishing a spatial evolution model of the parameters with longitudes, latitudes and water depths; on the basis of the established model, correcting a probability distribution parameter for a single point in a region with sufficient extreme samples; extrapolating the spatial model to a region where the extreme sample information is insufficient; and calculating a confidence interval of regional model estimation values in different recurrence periods by means of a region re-simulation method. The method mainly solves the problem of the uncertainty of design standard estimation values in different recurrence periods of marine and coastal structures being relatively large due to the fact that sample historical data of marine environment dynamic elements at some sea area positions is rare.

Provided is an amino acid sequence, represented by SEQ ID NO. 2, of the glucose oxidase, and further provided is a nucleotide sequence, represented by SEQ ID NO. 4, of a coding gene that encodes the glucose oxidase. A recombinant vector and a recombinant strain containing the gene and an application thereof. The glucose oxidase has good properties, an optimum pH of 5.5, optimum temperature of 30°C and relatively good low-temperature adaptability. As an enzyme preparation, the glucose oxidase can be widely applied to the feed, food, and pharmaceutical industries, and so on.
Disclosed is a method for rapid nondestructive testing of a living body and evaluation of shellfish muscle mass. The method comprises: setting an X-ray radioactive source and digital imaging parameters, and performing muscle living body identification and cross-sectional area measurement. According to the method, a clear image and accurate measurement data of the cross section of shellfish muscle can be obtained in a nondestructive manner, and the muscle mass is evaluated, such that the problem that it is not possible for a measured individual to survive and to be used as a breeding parent due to the fact that a traditional shellfish muscle property measuring method requires dissection is solved, and research on living shellfish muscle properties thus becomes possible, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of high-muscle-mass shellfish selective breeding cultivation.

INTERACTIVE INTENSTIVE LEARNING METHOD THAT COMBINES TAMER FRAMEWORK AND FACIAL EXPRESSION FEEDBACK
An interactive intensive learning method that combines a TAMER framework and facial expression feedback, comprising: forming a Face Valuing-TAMER agent by combining a TAMER framework and facial expression evaluation; and the Face Valuing-TAMER agent expects a future reward from a learning value function in human feedback. A human trainer first trains an agent in a TAMER framework and provides a reward signal by means of keyboard key feedback, and the trained agent acquires an initial executable strategy and then allows the human trainer to provide a reward by means of facial expression feedback so as to adjust the behavior of the agent. Cognitive burden during a process in which a human user trains an agent may be reduced by means of the facial expression feedback-based interactive intensive learning method, so that the agent can better understand human preferences and effectively learn from human rewards.
A heaving float-type power generation and oxygenation device and method, comprising an energy capturing system as well as a reversing system, oxygenation system and power generation system which are located in the energy capturing system. The energy capturing system is provided with a steel frame (101), a heaving float (102), a lead screw (103), a flexible waterproof housing (105) and a base (106). The reversing system comprises a sleeve shaft (201), a reversing wheel (202), a lead screw gear (203), a ratchet wheel (204) and an output shaft (205). The oxygenation system is provided with an air intake pipe (302), a one-way air intake solenoid valve (303), an upper air outlet pipe (304), a lower air outlet pipe (305), a lower one-way air outlet solenoid valve (306) and an upper one-way air outlet solenoid valve (307). The power generation system is located at the upper end of the output shaft (205). The present device implements wave energy capturing and transmission by means of a simple and inexpensive lead screw gear transmission mechanism, and simultaneously achieves the dual functions of power generation and oxygenation.

By establishing effective methods for shrimp 3D cell culture and passage, the present invention provides a technology of continuous shrimp cell culture intended for the establishment of immortalized shrimp cell lines. The present invention provides a preparation method of matrigel for 3D cell culture of shrimp by optimizing an additive proportion of matrigel. The present invention further provides a technology of separation and 3D cell culture of shrimp haemolymph cells, where shrimp haemolymph cells adhere to and grow on the surface of the matrigel in the form of a single round cell and a cell pellet/cellular spheroid, with survival and growth abilities being superior to 2D culture effects. The above technology is achieved by optimizing a formula of complete medium for shrimp cells, selecting the medium as an anticoagulant and a diluent for shrimp haemolymph cells, selecting a 3D culture method for surface-adhered growth in the matrigel.
