The rotor (15) can be produced with the permanent-magnet assembly thereof and together with the shaft (16) and the worm (17) by multi-component plastics injection moulding.

In order to reduce the wall thickness of housing parts produced by means of plastic injection molding and equipped with decorative layers, such as battery covers of mobile devices, it is recommended to change to a starting material that is a fiber composite material equipped on one side with the decorative layer, from which starting material the housing part is formed in a deep drawing process. Even if a thick decorative layer the outer surface of which is highly embossed for haptic reasons is applied, the resulting wall thickness remains far below the wall thickness for a housing part that can be produced by means of injection molding. Eine Lackbeschichtung lässt sich durch das Spritzgusswerkzeug hindurch auf eine Oberfläche des Bauelementes aufbringen. Mit auf das Halbzeug aufgebrachten oder in das Halbzeug eingebrachten elektrisch leitfähigen Strukturen lassen sich Leiterbahnen von Schaltungen oder Elektroden von kapazitiven Sensoren realisieren. Brillante Farben werden für die Bauteile erzielt, wenn die Fasern entsprechend eingefärbt und/oder deren Flächengebilde entsprechend farbig hinterlegt sind. Farbabweichungen, insbesondere bei weiß erscheinendem Halbzeug, werden durch Hinterlegung mit Komplementärfarben zu den unerwünschten Farberscheinungen weitestgehend austariert. Für lokale Abstrahlung einer Hinterleuchtung erfährt das Halbzeug beziehungsweise das daraus geformte Bauteil eine rückwärtige Ausfräsung und gegebenenfalls deren Auffüllung mit lichtleitendem Kunststoff.

Abstract

An actuator for the electromotive actuation of a parking or stop brake, especially of a private car comprises, downstream on the electric motor, a planetary wheel transmission which is axially cascaded in a multi-stage manner and comprises a centering pin which is radially mounted on the two front ends thereof and extends coaxially to the output shaft, on the radial overdefined bearing arrangement thereof. Respectively one planet carrier comprising a pinion is embodied, along the centering pin, as a sun wheel for the planet wheels on the planet carrier of the following transmission step.

Abstract

In spite of the absence of a pullout fuse block, functional elements (13) comprising simple socket-type connectors (14) come into contact with an external cable (15) in a mechanically and electrically reliable manner, when said cable has a rod-type or sword-type mating connector (16) which engages directly in the connector (14) by means of a radially protruding return baffle, in a sealed manner, through the rear of an opening (18) in the wall (12) of a housing (11). If, during the plug-in action, an injection-moulded skin (19) which first at least partially closes the opening is enlarged or perforated, the breaking edge nestling against the envelope surface of the mating connector (16) in the plug-in direction provides another retraction block with additional sealing and vibration damping.
