Abstract

The present invention relates to a high-performance power stabilizer for isolated energy systems and cogeneration plants that use natural gas or biogas engines. The power stabilizer system is designed to produce 20-30% of the nominal power of an energy generation plant of this type, comprising energy discharges having a duration of just a few seconds in order to allow the engines of the plants to maintain a stable and reliable energy supply in the event of a step load rejection when large loads enter or are drawn from the electricity grid.

Abstract

An elliptical bike is described having a function that elliptical bikes of the related art do not have, since their rear pulleys, which support the platforms, are screwed into protrusions welded to the frame, which have holes. The bicycle also comprises a folding embodiment, and holes that are suitable for raising and lowering the angle of attack of the platforms and the positioning of the rear pulleys, which are fixed (e.g., screwed) into protrusions welded to the frame, thereby providing four positions of angle of attack, giving the option to work different muscles in the user’s legs.

Abstract

An autonomous modular device for an electric generating plant is described which may be in the form of a container that makes use of a vehicular engine adjacent to the canopy of a modular structure. A drycooler heat exchanger, with a layout different from the other existing layouts, implying improvements in the use of this type of autonomous generator system, is provided insofar as it provides easy transport, adequate consumption without mechanical loss and high energy efficiency. In one embodiment the vehicular engine is placed under the canopy of the modular structure, wherein a drycooler heat exchanger is accommodated, and not an engine radiator, with a different arrangement from the other existing units. A second embodiment is adapted to places where there is no physical space for the model including the heat exchanger under the canopy, forcing the installation on the ceiling of the installation, or for other installations.

Because of the fact that the blocks (4) are mounted on the ends of the crank arms, sliding of said shoes on each guide rod (3) is in reverse, and, on account of the fact that the aforementioned rods (3) are linked to the transverse shaft, they produce an alternating upward and downward angular motion, thereby causing rotary motion of the cranks and, consequently, rotation of the center sprocket, the chain (5), and the ratchet mechanism, which, in this instance, is mounted on the front wheel, so as to constitute the elliptical drive mechanism (M1).
