Abstract

[Technical Problem] A distance of a front free end portion of the gas nozzle being weighed down due to its own weight is alleviated or eliminated to suppress contact between the gas nozzle and a product. [Solution to Problem] The present invention provides a packaging apparatus equipped with gas replacement function. In the packaging apparatus, a gas nozzle 43 is inserted into a tubular film 20, and inert gas is ejected from the gas nozzle, thereby replacing the gas inside the tubular film with the inert gas. After gas replacement, a top sealing device 30 seals and cuts the tubular film to form a packaged body. The gas nozzle is formed of magnetic material. A permanent magnet 35 is disposed inside an endless belt 34 of an upper holding belt device 28. The gas nozzle formed of magnet material is drawn to be raised due to magnetic force of the permanent magnet. Due to this contact between the gas nozzle and a product is suppressed.

This chip transfer device 1, which transfers a chip 2 conveyed by a first conveyor 10 to a second conveyor 24, is equipped with: a travel guide 110 which is formed in a closed path shape as viewed from above, and is disposed in the vicinity of the first conveyor 10 and the second conveyor 24; a mobile unit 40 which travels along the travel guide 110; a clamping mechanism 50 which is provided on the mobile unit 40 so as to be openable and closable in the transverse direction; and an opening/closing operation cam 120 which is provided along the travel guide 110 so as to open and close the clamping mechanism 50. When the mobile unit 40 travels on the first conveyor 10 side of the travel guide 110, the opening/closing operation cam 120 closes the clamping mechanism 50, and the clamping mechanism 50 grips the chip 2 conveyed by the first conveyor 10.

Abstract

[Problem] To make it possible to reduce or eliminate the distance by which the leading end of a gas nozzle, in a free state, hangs downwards due to the weight of said nozzle, and thereby to avoid contact between the gas nozzle and a product. [Solution] A packaging machine has a gas replacement function for manufacturing a packaging body by inserting a gas nozzle 43 into a cylindrical film 20, injecting an inert gas from the gas nozzle, and sealing and cutting by means of a top-sealing device 30 in a state in which the gas inside the cylindrical film has been replaced with the inert gas. The gas nozzle is formed from a magnetic material. Permanent magnets 35 are provided inside of an endless belt 34 of a top-pressing belt device 28. The magnetic force of the permanent magnets attracts and lifts up the magnetic member-comprising gas nozzle, thereby preventing contact with the product.

Abstract

Provided is an inspecting apparatus for tubes which makes a sensor pass through positions at different heights, detects the thickness of an appropriate portion of a seal part, and determines whether a seal defect exists. The inspection apparatus is provided with: a transporting means for transporting a tube container 1 in an upright state; a second sensor 67 for detecting the thickness of a seal part 4 of the tube container transported by the transporting means; and a driving means for moving the second sensor in a two-dimensional space in a vertical plane. The driving means moves the second sensor to rotate along the periphery of the inner circumference of a region formed by the seal, and detects the thickness of the seal part facing the second sensor during the movement. Various determinations can be made such as whether the seal part 4 is cleanly sealed and divided in a circular arc shape over a body part 2 or whether the seal part 4 is cleanly sealed up to the tip and is not peeling.

Abstract

An object is to provide a tablet manufacturing apparatus capable of supplying an IC chip to a desired position of pharmaceutical powder with a high accuracy and suppressing a positional displacement. The IC chip is supported by a positioning guide with a chip main body in a downward manner, and is held in a state of being positioned above pharmaceutical powder filled in a die hole before compression. The IC chip is supplied by a pusher.

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a tablet production device capable of accurately supplying an IC chip (4) to a desired position of pharmaceutical powder and preventing the positional deviation thereof. The IC chip (4) is supported by a positioning guide (61) with a chip body (6) in a downward-facing position, and held while being positioned above uncompressed pharmaceutical powder (90) filled into a die hole. The IC chip (4) is supplied by a pusher (82).
