Abstract
For a sports device with runners, in particular an ice skate, an exchangeable adapter (1, 1a) is proposed with which the composite sliding blade (2, 2a), made of plastic, is equipped, of which the running sole has a profiled slide strip (11) made of an extremely resilient material, preferably of flexible steel, and of which the side faces are provided with a negative cutting angle (11a). The adapter (1, 1a) is connected releasably to the holder (3, 3a) of the sports device with runners. The contour profile, namely the curvature of the sliding face of the flexible profiled slide strip (11), is exclusively defined by the geometry of the exchangeable adapter (1, 1a). The sliding blade (2, 2a) is clipped onto the adapter (1, 1a), wherein the firm connection to the adapter (1, 1a) is obtained with the aid of the tongues (5, 7) provided on the free end of the sliding blade (2, 2a) and with the aid of the locking lugs or locking slits (4, 8) provided on the adapter (1, 1a). In the area (6, 6a), the sliding blade (2, 2a) has a perforation, such that the lower part of the sliding blade (2, 2a) can be torn off without tools when changing the sliding blade, and a new sliding blade can be clipped on.

Abstract
The invention generally relates to a winter sports gear, particularly an ice skate, to the runners of which a sliding blade (3) is detachably connected. The sliding surface (1) of said sliding blade (3) is provided with at least one, in this case three, profiled grooves (4) that extend in the direction of travel. Bulge-type dams (5) extend on both sides of said profiled grooves (4).

Abstract
The invention relates to a skating sports device, in particular skating boot, comprising an exchangeable blade holder (14), connected to a boot by means of sole and heel plates (4 and 5). An exchangeable blade (1) may be clipped in the exchangeable blade holder (14), which is held under tension in the front and rear region by locking clip buttons (2) which may be operated without tools. A torsion duplex cross (3), formed by torsion and flexion bars (3a and 3b) absorbs the torsion and flexional forces occurring during skating and neutralizes the same.
