Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To provide a method of oil regeneration in which an oil of good components can be efficiently obtained and an apparatus therefor and provide a method of desulfurization and a desulfurization apparatus. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The method of oil regeneration comprises the pyrolytic step of heating waste oil and drawing out an evaporated substance as an extract; the impurity removing step of removing impurities from the extract; and the cooling step of cooling the extract devoid of impurities to thereby obtain a regenerated oil, wherein in the pyrolytic step, the waste oil is fed into an agitation tube of circular cross section tapered so as to have its radius increasing from below upward and heated while rotating the agitation tube in its circumferential direction to thereby evaporate necessary oil contents from the waste oil. Further, the magnetic field irradiation step of irradiating a raw substance with a magnetic field is carried out, and in its subsequent stage, there is carried out the desulfurization step of causing the raw substance to react with a desulfurization catalyst to attain desulfurization.

Abstract

The invention aims at reducing the volume of plastics wastes of various forms, particularly medical plastics waste containing a large amount of used bulky articles such as films or containers, nearly steadily and continuously and thereby recovering fuel oil efficiently. The invention relates to a disposal facility (1) for plastics waste which is provided with a volume reduction plant (2) and a pyrolysis plant (8). The volume reduction plant (2) is constituted of a treatment tank (3), a superheated steam feeder (4), and a screw feeder (5) for the treatment tank. The superheated steam feeder (4) is constituted of the first superheated steam feeder (4a) for feeding superheated steam into the treatment tank (3) and the second superheated steam feeder (4b) for feeding superheated steam to the inside of the shaft of the screw feeder (5) though the shaft tip and ejecting the superheated steam toward the outside of the shaft which is filled with the substance to be treated from the inside of the shaft. The substance to be treated is melted by the superheated steam ejected from the second superheated steam feeder (4b), fed into the pyrolysis plant (8), and gasified therein through pyrolysis. Thus, fuel oil is recovered.

Abstract

The invention aims at recovering a recycled resin which has high quality equivalent to that of virgin resin and permits pipe-to-pipe reproduction from scraps of polyvinyl chloride resin, particularly scraps of rigid polyvinyl chloride articles such as polyvinyl chloride pipes or joints. The invention relates to a treatment facility (51) for scrap polyvinyl chloride resin which comprises a pre-treatment apparatus (52) and a post-treatment apparatus for recovering polyvinyl chloride resin from raw scraps washed and dried in the pre-treatment apparatus (52). The pre-treatment apparatus (52) in the facility (51) is equipped with a crusher (1), a dehydrator (3), a circulating pump (7), and a dryer (10). As the pre-treatment for dissolving scraps of polyvinyl chloride resin in a solvent, the scraps are size-reduced in a crusher (1), freed from foreign matter such as wet dirt by washing with water fed by a circulating pump (7), further freed from residual foreign matter adhering to the scraps and water by centrifuging with a dehydrator (3), and then dried in a dryer (10).

Abstract

When an ID card (20) is placed in an ID card holder (1) to be carried, the ID card (20) and a shielding member (21) are mostly overlapped. Accordingly, the ID card (20) cannot generate an electromagnetic wave and skimming of the ID card (20) is impossible. When information is to be read from the ID card (20), the ID card (20) is shifted so as to reduce the overlapped portion with the shielding member (21). The member overlapped with the card (11) having an information storage medium (23) includes a read permission unit (32a) permitting read of the information stored in the information storage medium (23) and a shielding unit (32) disabling read of the information stored in the information storage medium (23).

Abstract

A data eraser which can erase data thoroughly. The data eraser (1) comprises an outer box (2), a destruction chamber (3), and a containing section (5). The interior of the destruction chamber (3) is hollow, and a supporting portion (10) is provided at the innermost position. An exciting coil (magnetic field generating means) (12) is fixed to the periphery of the destruction chamber (3). The containing section (5) is supported by the opening (6) of the destruction chamber (3), and the supporting portion (10) provided on the inner wall (11). Under that state, a damping AC magnetic field is generated in the destruction chamber (3) by the exciting coil (12). Since an iron piece (31) is fixed to the bottom of the containing section (5), the iron piece (31) reacts to the magnetic field and receives a force to move the containing section (5) entirely to the opening (6) side where the containing section (5) takes an inclining posture. During the first-time excitation process, data in a hard disk (68) is erased and the posture of the hard disk (68) is varied. Subsequently, a second-time excitation process is performed.

Abstract

An inexpensive magnetic data erasing device having an improved security is realized in a simple structure. The device comprises a power supply circuit section (2), an accommodating section accommodating a magnetic recording medium or an apparatus incorporating a magnetic recording medium, and a primary coil (15) and a secondary coil (17) both wound around the outer peripheral portion of the accommodating section. The primary coil (15) is connected to the power supply circuit section (2) and the secondary coil (17) is short-circuited. The power supply circuit section has a capacitor and a charging circuit for charging the capacitor and discharges the electric charge stored in the capacitor via the primary coil. The primary coil (15) is excited by the current flowed from the power supply circuit section (2) and thereby an induced current is generated in the secondary coil (17). An alternate magnetic field is generated by the interaction between the primary coil (15) and secondary coil (17). The alternate magnetic field demagnetizes the magnetic recording medium and erases the magnetic data recorded on the magnetic recording medium.

Abstract

A portable terminal device, i.e. an improved cellular phone, which is equipped with a noncontact IC card function, does not easily permit skimming and from which information is not stolen. The cellular phone (portable terminal device) (1) is provided with the noncontact IC card function. The cellular phone (1) also has a skimming prevention device (2) attached on the rear side. The skimming prevention device (2) is composed of a bag-like member (10) and a metal plate (barrier member) (11). At the time of carrying the cellular phone (1), the metal plate (11) of the skimming prevention device (2) is exposed from the bag-like member (10) to cover an antenna (31). The metal plate (11) is pulled into the bag-like member (10) to permit the card function to operate.

Abstract

A pouch capable of preventing information recorded in a card from being skimmed and of undergoing X-ray examination at an airport and the like. A pouch (1) is made of basic clothes (5, 6) and has a bag shape. The basic clothes (5, 6) are laminated with a laminated film (10). The laminated film (10) is a laminate of an aluminum foil layer (12) and a resin layer (13). The aluminum foil layer (12) has a thickness sufficient to transmit X-rays and electromagnetic waves in the extremely high frequency range and to interrupt electromagnetic waves in the high frequency range. The electromagnetic wave emitted from the card is interrupted by the laminated film (10) and does not leak outside to prevent skimming. Since the laminated film (10) transmits X-rays, the pouch can undergo X-ray examination at an airport and the like.
