A bottom door opening/closing mechanism comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, an oscillating rod, a bottom door opening/closing driving cylinder and a transmission shaft. The oscillating rod is separately hinged to the second connecting rod and a piston rod of the bottom door opening/closing driving cylinder, one end of the first connecting rod is hinged to the second connecting rod, the transmission shaft is connected to the second connecting rod, the cylinder body of the bottom door opening/closing driving cylinder is fixedly connected with a first latch hook, and the oscillating rod is fixedly connected with a second latch hook capable of being hooked with the first latch hook. Further provided are a bottom door apparatus and a bottom-open door hopper vehicle. In the present invention, the first latch hook is adopted to be hooked with the second latch hook to implement secondary locking, so advantages such as a simple structure and low manufacturing and maintenance expenses are provided. Moreover, secondary locking can be completed at the same time of closing the bottom door only in need of controlling the bottom door opening/closing driving cylinder, thereby reducing the complexity of a control system.
There is a bottom gate device and a hopper car using the same. The bottom gate device is provided with a first bottom door (3) and a second bottom door (4). The first bottom door (3) is provided with a first door end plate (31) and a first bottom door plate (32) which are fixed each other. The second bottom door (4) is provided with a second door end plate (41) and a second bottom door plate (42) which are fixed each other. The first bottom door plate (32) and the second bottom door plate (42) are sealed like labyrinth. The requirement of tightness still can be satisfied on the premise that the two bottom door plates do not have a closing sequence, and the structure of the traditional bottom gate device is optimized.
There is a vehicle discharge gate and a hopper car using the same. The vehicle discharge gate comprises a first door shaft and a second door shaft which are arranged on its two sides. The first door shaft is pivoted with a first door plate (13). The second door shaft is pivoted with a second door plate (14). When the vehicle discharge gate is closed, the first door plate (13) and the second door (14) plate abut with each other. A compressed elastic portion (15) is fixed on the outer side of the end part of the first door plate (13) near the second door plate (14). The hopper car comprises a carriage body and the vehicle discharge gate. The vehicle discharge gate is set under the bottom of the carriage body. The slit between the first door plate and the second door plate can be sealed by the compressed elastic portion. So the structure is simple, and a favorable sealing function can be realized.
A side dumper and a control system thereof. The side dumper control system comprises hydraulic cylinders (1), air-driven hydraulic pumps (2) and air-controlled reversal valves (3). The hydraulic cylinder (1) comprises a cylinder body, the cylinder body is provided with a piston therein, and the piston divides the cylinder body into a first cavity and a second cavity. The number of the hydraulic cylinders (1) is four, every two of which form one group, and the two groups of the hydraulic cylinders (1) are respectively disposed on two sides of the side dumper. In the side dumper and the control system thereof, the hydraulic cylinders (1), the air-driven hydraulic pumps (2) and the air-controlled reversal valves (3) are disposed to improve the safety and stability of the side dumper.
