The emulsion may include glycerin and water to form the emulsion and particles, such as erythritol and/or rice powder as the stabilizer. An organic toothpaste may be certified USDA organic and contain no more than 5% by weight of components list of allowed substances, found in the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations, Subpart G published on May 24, 2018. An organic toothpaste may include a foaming component such as saponin, soapbark, decyl glucoside or Quillaja Saponaria. In addition, an organic toothpaste may include a natural sweetener such as agave, xylitot or erythritol.
