This sliding accessory includes an elongated baseplate for sliding on snow, presenting opposite sides and a shoe, removably attached to a stroller wheel. Said sliding accessory (200; 300) comprises a snow sliding sole (210) elongated along a first axis (X-X) and having opposite sides along a second axis (Z-Z) perpendicular to the first axis, and an airframe (220) suitable for being removably secured to a stroller wheel (130). The airframe defines a housing for receiving a lower portion of the wheel which is open at the top along the second axis and fixedly defined by a bottom wall, which is arranged transversely to the second axis, and by two side walls arranged parallel to the first and second axes and arranged opposite each other along a third axis (Y-Y) perpendicular to the first and second axes. Each side wall is provided with a raised element projecting towards the other side wall along the third axis. The raised elements are jointly arranged to engage in contact with a tyre (131) of the wheel so as to, through relative movement between the accessory and the wheel along the second axis, reversibly move the accessory between an operational configuration in which the raised elements press the tyre against the bottom wall along the second axis, so as to wedge a lower portion of the tyre in the lower portion of the housing to secure the sliding accessory to the wheel, and a non-operational configuration in which the accessory is disengaged from the wheel, the tyre being resiliently compressed by the raised elements along the third axis while the accessory is being moved between the two configurations.
