A method for preventing a filtering plug-in card (300) from dripping liquid and a plug-in-card type liquid purifying and filtering device are provided. The liquid purifying and filtering device comprises a water pump (100), a filtering bucket and a filtering plug-in card (300). On top of the filtering bucket, there is a demounted filtering plug-in card retainer which retains the filtering plug-in card (300) so that the filtering plug-in card is off the liquid surface in the filtering bucket when the filtering plug-in card (300) is taken out. Besides, there can be a demounted top cap retainer for the top cap (500) of the filtering bucket. The demounted top cap retainer fixedly retains the top cap (500) when it is demounted. When the filtering plug-in card (300) is exchanged, liquid attached to the filtering plug-in card (300) and liquid attached to the bottom surface of the top cap (500) flows back into the filtering bucket or water. Liquid dripping is effectively prevented when the filtering card (300) is exchanged and the exchanging process is clean and convenient.

A water pump with double liquid level sensors includes a water pump body (30), a control module (20), a first capacitive liquid level sensor (11) and a second capacitive liquid level sensor (12) that are electrically connected with the control module (20).
