In particular, when manufacturing as a porous body, by forming an edge-preventing groove in advance in a portion where a sharp edge occurs, a portion in contact with a gas diffusion layer (GDL) can be formed smoothly after the porous body is manufactured, and thus, through this, a problem, such as wear or friction etching, due to contact between the porous body and the gas diffusion layer (GDL), can be minimized, and the efficiency and lifetime of a hydrogen fuel cell can be greatly improved.
