The present invention relates to an RNAi-inducing nucleic acid molecule having a new structure and the use thereof, and more particularly to a novel nucleic acid molecule having a structure comprising a first strand, which is 24-121 nt in length and comprises a region complementary to a target nucleic acid, and a second strand which is 13-21 nt in length and has a region that binds complementarily to the region of the first strand, which is complementary to the target nucleic acid, so that the nucleic acid molecule inhibits the expression of a target gene with increased efficiency, and to a method of inhibiting the expression of a target gene using the nucleic acid molecule. The nucleic acid molecule structure of the present invention increases the efficiency with which the nucleic acid molecule inhibits the target gene. Alternatively, the nucleic acid molecule of the present invention can either increase the ability of the siRNA to bind to the target gene or cause synergistic cleavage, by introduction of antisense DNA, antisense RNA, ribozyme or DNAzyme, thereby increasing the efficiency with which the nucleic acid molecule inhibits the target gene. In addition, when the nucleic acid molecule according to the present invention is used, the efficiency with which the target gene is inhibited can be maintained for an extended period of time. Accordingly, the RNAi-inducing nucleic acid molecule of the present invention can be effectively used for the treatment of cancer or viral infection in place of conventional siRNA molecules.

More particularly, the present invention relates to nucleic acid molecules which have a novel structure and which increase the rate of inhibiting the expression of target genes by configuring the structure to have a first strand of 24-121 nt in length provided with a partial region complementary to a target nucleic acid, and a second strand of 13-21 nt in length provided with a region which forms a complementary bond with the partial region complementary to the target nucleic acid of the first strand. Disclosed is an inter-cell interference mitigation method using a spatial covariance matrix (SCM) estimation method in a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) communication system for mitigating interference between asynchronous cells. By applying time-domain sinc type weighting to SCM estimation, it is possible to reduce an SCM estimation error occurring due to a spectral leakage induced by an abrupt change in a signal at a border point between an effective sub carrier zone and a guard band zone, and a simple design of a moving average filter form for a frequency domain signal can be made instead of frequency-time-frequency domain transformation using an inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) and fast Fourier transfer (FFT).

The present invention, that is, the global position estimation and correction method of the mobile robot using the magnetic landmarks, is comprised of constituent means, and the global position estimation and correction method of the mobile robot using the magnetic landmarks comprises the steps of: estimating coordinate values of an absolute position of a landmark at which the mobile robot is currently positioned, by recognizing a pattern of a particular landmark at which the mobile robot is positioned and a pattern of a neighboring landmark; estimating positional errors (xe, ye, θe) of the mobile robot which deviates from the estimated coordinate values of the absolute position of the landmark; and correcting the positional errors by moving the mobile robot as much as the estimated positional errors (xe, ye, θe), so that the mobile robot may move to the coordinate values of the absolute position of the landmark.

It is possible to reproduce the actual degradation mechanism, that is, all the cathodic disbanding and the inflation of oxides through the degradation acceleration test using optimized potentiostatic polarization test method, in which anodic reactions and cathodic reactions are simultaneously applied, thereby precisely estimating degraded degrees of pipe products. In addition, it is possible to precisely measure the delaminated area and the coating-protection efficiency by the optimized impedance spectrum test. Therefore, electrochemically quantitative comparison may be easily carried out with respect to the coating degradation degrees of different materials.
