A discrimination-region determination unit (113) counts how many times the discrimination-region inference unit (112) infers the pixel point in question to belong to each discrimination region using a large number of straight lines extending in different directions and determines the pixel point in question to belong to the discrimination region to which said pixel point was inferred to belong the greatest number of times. An image generation unit (114) generates a reconstructed image in which, for each pixel point in the raw image, a color corresponding to the discrimination region that the discrimination-region determination unit (113) determined said pixel point to belong to is used at the location of said pixel point.
