One of secondary side electrodes of the second transformer is commonly connected to the cathode electrode so as to substantially insulate a primary side and a secondary side of the second transformer, and the voltage multiplier connected to a secondary side of the first transformer and the voltage multiplier connected to the second transformer may form a substantially single circuit using the cathode voltage as a common potential.
